My dental hygienist here is incredible- advocating for me and explaining things that were difficult to understand. Had one pretty horrible experience with one of the male dentists- sounds like he is now working at the Brockton location as the lead dentist- would NEVER see him again, ignored me when I was telling him I was in pain stating “it doesn’t actually hurt you have novacane”, continuing to drill despite me reporting pain. This dentist also did not shave the filling down- resulting in an uneven bite and having to return the next day to get it filled (because he told me i was too numb to feel an uneven bite- some gaslighting again). BESIDES THIS DENTIST- this place has been amazing overall! (Quincy location)

I found Gentle Dental recently after having several bad experiences at my prior dentist. The entire staff at Gentle Dental is great - everyone is courteous and professional. The dental work that they have done has been perfect and I’ve had no issues getting convenient appointment times.

I had the best cleaning I have ever experienced here, and the assistant did it while I currently have braces. I came in as a first time client and will continue to go here for all my dental needs. The Doctor is very nice and overall this place has great customer service.

Top tier customer service, warm welcome when I walked in everyone was in a good mood I got comfortable in a scary place lol I don’t go to the dentist often but I will definitely be continuing to get my dental care there..

I got a great experience for the first time itself when I walked in as a new patient for my dental checkup. The staff were friendly and my doctor Mehta was too good with his skill and the nature how he interacts his patients and everything.
