I am pleased to say all the nurses were AMAZING in labor and delivery!!! I would like to mention 1 nurse Kay, she always made sure I was comfortable. Kay took very good care of us, I would like to give her a big THANK YOU and a big hug ❤️🫂 I will always remember her. For encouraging me through the contractions and epidural at the same time. Other than that the hospital staff is nice and the food service was great! I am very pleased.

Really great visit. Friendly staff from arrival to departure. I gave this location a second chance when I heard they were under new ownership years ago. Ever since then, I've been impressed with every visit. Top notch! Thank you.

My husband had open heart surgery with a triple bypass. All of the doctors, nurses, and entire staff worked together seamlessly in a very professional, compassionate manner. I feel like they are extended family and they saved his life. If I could give them a rating higher than five stars I would. God bless all of them and thank you for all that you did for us and the others that you take care of every single day and night.

HCA Houston Healthcare Medical Center has incredible staff, brilliant doctors and very caring healthcare professionals! The quality of care is outstanding, the food and nutrition team is kind, caring and attentive, the nursing staff is very attentive and responsive to patient's needs, and the overall culture is that of patient well-being and recovery.
I can't thank them enough for the kind of care they provided me during my hospitalization.

My experience at HCA was excellent. All the staff (medical, food, cleaning personnel) were so attentive and caring. Nurse Yasamin was super. She helped clean me, shampooed my hair, changed my sheets and did great with her medical care. Ms Sherita, upper body physical therapist made therapy fun while learning how to deal with after surgery recovery. The chef's food was very appetiteing . The medical team kept me hydrated and gave me magnesium as my blood test reflected that i needed. Thank you HCA for your wonderful and professional service.

Went in for planned surgery with 1-2 night stay. All the staff from admit to discharge was amazing. The gentleman in surgery check in was a hoot and started me off on the right foot. My tech Jeselle went above and beyond by going all McGyver on covering my IV so I could take a shower. All the nurses were compassionate and professional.

I was admitted and in the Hospital for 8 days. The nurses and doctors were excellent and kind. They also Made me feel Like I was at Home with family from how friendly they were. They were also super quick and Professional with anything they needed to do. I can’t remember all the nurses makes but every single one that cared for me Made me feel comfortable and I would take them as a family member. I would recommend with HCA Cause this was my first stay and it was absolutely amazing

I had double jaw surgery here last week and could not be more satisfied with my care. Everything from admission to discharge went smoothly and the nursing staff was great. Erika especially was phenomenal at caring for me and went above and beyond when I was switched into a different room that was overly warm and was not helping the healing process for me. I was extremely uncomfortable and she would not settle until maintenance has resolved the issue and reset the room temperature. 10/10 service.

I had a total knee replacement. And the over night staff. Is way under staffed. I had severe pain to the point I was yelling. I don't yell. My companion walked to the nurses station. Two of them on their cell phones. Mark the tech guy came to try and help me., because my nurse was busy doing to intakes. But there was no excuse went the other nurses say that while I'm screaming in pain.
So the Director came in the morning, I told him all about it. He was kind. Out of all the staff. He was the only one that offered my guy anything. That's was really kind of him. I have the directors card. Ty for statement l listening to my issue. Other than that.. THE TEAM THAT WAS OVER ME.. WAS AMAZING.. SHOUT OUT THE TO SOUTH TOWER 3RD FLOOR NURSES ESPECIALLY MRS BELLA. AND MY NIGHT NURSE. I CAN'T RECALL HER NAME.

Recently gave birth to my second child (first at HCA) and had the best experience in L&D. Was admitted to be induced due to hypertension and all the nurses and staff were GREAT. Great bedside manner and made me feel heard and kept me calm as I was terrified of being induced. All staff were super nice and were great at communicating with me and my doctor! Shoutout to Chelsea and Deidra, the nurses who got me to the finish line! They were AMAZING!
