Room was clean, but the bathroom sink didn't have hot water so i assumed that neither did the shower. Great location though restaurants are in walking distance. Excellent for short a short stay.

These rooms are absolutely gorgeous staff is very friendly and the rooms are extremely clean! Roomy stand up showers that have a big rain shower head or you could use the shower wand! The beds are very comfortable especially for this type of hotel I always get a good nights rest here! If you have a room on the first floor make sure you have socks or slippers because the floor is concrete and theirs no carpet!

Lorena, thank you for complimenting the cleanliness of our rooms. Our team works hard to keep it spotless for you. As for the shower, isn't it amazing? We love it, too! If you're in Houston again, we hope you'll stay with us. -Hotel Bella Management

We had a great experience here last night. I was worried due to the most recent review but we were on the bottom floor love the exposed concrete. The shower took a minute to learn to operate and I am only 4'11" so reaching the sink to wash my face and brush my teeth was a challenge. No issues with cleanliness it was as clean as could be, the plywood underneath the mattress just kept creaking as we shifted through the night but seriously no big deal. Really cool space!!!

Nichole, it's a pleasure to hear how you had a great experience while staying with us. We'd have to agree completely with you. The exposed concrete just adds a unique atmosphere to your room. As for the sink, we apologize for it being hard to reach. We're always happy to find ways to help if you give us a call. You're always welcome back here, so be sure to book with us again in the future. -Hotel Bella Management

Shower is amazing!! Bed and little couch comfy. Room was very spacious and clean. I love that they have dispensers for shampoo/conditioner and body wash. You can use as much as you need too. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Great place and the rooms are always kept clean and fresh. Great rates for the area.. The staff here are pretty awesome. Not a bad location considering the price you pay. I've never had any problems staying here whatsoever. Always felt safe and sound. I love the rooms and love the decor. The maids are sweet & attentive. I needed extra towels and received them with no fuss and with a smile. Stayed for about 5 days. Easy checkout. Free coffee is a plus for me. Location is close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores even within walking distance. Also have bus stops if need be. I highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay a great price. No complaints from me. Thanks!
