I had my screening colonoscopy today and I couldn’t have a better experience. From the min I walked in, Mary welcomed me with a nice smile and started a friendly conversation. Simone and Melissa were also very nice and friendly. Dr Fahed was very professional, on time and explained everything before and after the procedure in a clear and detailed manner. His bedside skills are just amazing. When I thanked Mary on my way out, she said “don't thank me, I don’t only work for the doctors but I also work for the patients”.
Took my 17 year old son in for troubles eating...This guy orders a colonoscopy and stomach/throat scope then never follows up after he didnt find anything. Wont take calls and just wants paid....I would never go to him again.

We genuinely apologize for the experience you had, and we appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, as of October 2023, Dr. Fahed is no longer practicing in Casper. I am so happy with Dr Fahed. He helps you so much and gets right to the problems you are having. He always asks all the right questions and answers them and makes you feel like you are his only patient. He is very compassionate kind and caring and professional. I trust him so much. I recommend everyone that is having any sort of GI issues to go and see him!! You will not be disappointed!
Dr. Fahed answered all my questions. Procedure was explained simple and understandable. I was referred
by my physician to repeat scope from 2 weeks prior. Dr. Fahed reiterated the need to repeat and the importance. I'm very comfortable with Dr. Fahed and his expertise.
