The central scheduling is lousy compared to when the League City clinic did their own treatment scheduling. At least 4 times, including today, they scheduled my wife Joyce's labs early, (8:15 am), then Dr. Bueno at 9:00 am but then they schedule her infusion 4 hours later at 1:00 pm. Once they scheduled her PET scan in Houston rather than League City. Today her Oncologist said they scheduled a patient from the Woodlands for treatment at League City. You need schedulers that can tell time and not schedule treatment 3 to 4 hours after labs and the doctor visit.

For the treatment provided me but the lack thereof by claiming they know cancer inside and out but people are still dying from it. Dont make such a bold statement if you can't prove it. Sick of all the lying.

I’ve been getting treatment at this location for about a month. As soon as you walk in, the staff make you feel welcome. The radiation team are also great. I have never experienced such happy staff. Felt as I knew them for a long time. I highly recommend MD Anderson especially radiation team.

Humble Review

19 Dec 2025

Recently had a visit at this location for my father. As soon as we arrived, the greeter says "Hello. We've been expecting you." She proceeded to treat us like we were the most important people in the building. Also, the guy who validated our parking was great and made sure we didn't have to pay anything.

The lady who reviewed our questionnaire wasn't so welcoming. She wasn't mean but she just was a bit too rigid and she would barely let my father finish electronic signing the disclaimers before she would click to the next one. She just needed to relax a bit and work on her patience.

Everyone else from the other people who checked us in to the nurses taking his blood pressure, height, weight, and blood were excellent.

Dr. BAGI JANA was very thorough in providing a synopsis of my father's overall condition and answered all our questions.

We aren't frequent goers to hospitals, Thank GOD, but I will say if more provided this type of chairside manner, I think more people would have less angst and anxiety about going. I hope he continues to improve and we don't need to visit again, but if so, we hope for more of the same care.

First, let me say how lucky I am to have the opportunity to go to MD Anderson in league city. When I was first diagnosed in 2023 here in Virginia, I was given very little time by my care provider locally. I wasn’t willing to accept that and contacted MD Anderson. I was very anxious having to move my Care to Texas, but at the time it was my only hope. Nervously walking into the league city lobby I was greeted by the biggest smiles and the most cheerful attitudes. The ambassadors greeted me and asked me if I needed help which I said yes I do. They guided me to the front desk where I met Tristan and Kisha. Kisha‘s lane was open so I went to her to check in and was so glad I did. I wasn’t used to being treated like I was the only patient in the clinic that day. I sat after being checked and watched how others were treated. Wow, I thought I was special but, nope. Kisha treated everyone like they were the only one there and that she was willing to help them with anything they needed. I love everyone at MD Anderson and have established some pretty good friendships. I must say though, Kisha being my first point of contact has made my cancer easier to deal with. She has helped me through some pretty tough times. If cancer ever effects you or your family please go to MD Anderson and let these amazing people help you. I thank Kisha and too many more names to list for saving my life.

The journey fighting cancer isn't easy. But, I know when I walk through the doors at MD Anderson League City that I will receive excellent care, the staff and doctors are very caring and professional. My mind is at ease knowing I am receiving the best care possible. The best part of my visit is saying hello to the three lovely lady greeters and getting a hug from Keisha at the front desk, she should be the Ambassador of welcoming patients...everyone loves and adores her. I am grateful for all the nurses, doctors and staff members. Thank you all for going above and beyond 🙏 ❤️
