My experience on my nieces move in day was Excellent. The student helpers were friendly and eager to help. Her move in went smooth, and uninterrupted.

Inspection found everything in reasonable shape, flagged one area with early wear that wasn't yet a problem but worth noting in the disclosure. Handled the paperwork side clearly, gave us exactly what we needed for the lease requirement without inflating anything.
