Check in was fast. Pre op was quick also but an emergency happened so that set me back a few hours. But in all service was wonderful. My only negative I have was how slow valet moved to get to my car. I sat in line for 20 minutes before anyone of the attendants came to get my keys. They were all standing around talking.

Love this hospitality we always receive. The doctors and nurses are amazing.
The front desk lady that has her foot injured had no sense of urgency to call triage for my husband whose heart rate was at 225. We informed her he had a case of SVT and his heart rate was high in the 200’s. She told me that I was going to have to ask triage to go get him.
Very unprofessional and no sense of urgency. Other than that THANK YOU to the doctors nurses and the rest of the staff that seen him and did something as soon as they recognized what was going on.

I was seen in Interventional Radiology on 8-3-26. The staff was awesome. The only thing I found "odd" is that AFTER I changed from my street clothes into a gown, with nothing underneath as directed, I was placed on a gurney with a light blanket and transported THROUGH THE WAITING ROOM AND PUT IN A PUBLIC ELEVATOR.
I have been in the medical field for many years and I have NEVER seen this. Just letting everyone know that is the what you can expect in the day surgery area on the 3rd floor / Purple Elevators.

I had an overall good experience. Great docs. Especially liked the anesthesiologist and the physical therapist, both of whom I had not met before. The whole support staff was very caring and kind.

Being in a hospital is never any fun. St Likes is competent in so many ways. I especially appreciate how well integrated it is with Kelsey Sebold Health care system. SIDE note: since my previous 7 times @ St Luke's they have hired a new food manager! And the hospital food is improved!
