Have had children's dental surgery there and I completely recommend this facility. Everyone brings their A game here. Use the vallet. Your child could not be in better hands.

The hematology/oncology clinic is the best. Everyone is professional and friendly, kind and empathetic towards your child. Texas Children’s clinic and hospital is the only place I want my children going to when they have a serious problem!! Hands down the best staff ever from the ER’s to the clinics

Daughter has been attending this hospital since she was born, 12 years going never had any issues with not parking not Valet or employees. Very clean , staff is helpful and educated of answering your questions.

I was at the Allergy and Immunology clinic at TCH today for my son’s allergy shot appointment. They were running behind as usual, but I am used to that now. Issue today is that I forgot to bring the Epi pen that is needed to get the allergy shot but I live very close by and had someone bring it to the clinic within 15 minutes. They still refused to give my son the allergy shot today because they needed to go home by 3pm. Even with 15 minutes delay, there was plenty of time for him to get the shot and for them to go home by 3pm. Also they were running behind as usual, so those 15 minutes made no difference in their workflow. I am very upset that this appointment was rescheduled because the clinic did not have the vial prepared on the day our appointment was initially scheduled for. And now my son’s treatment is delayed once again because everyone wanted their bags packed by 2:25pm to leave right at 3pm. On top of it, the nurse who was refusing treatment today was extremely rude. I could see her body shaking in anger that I wasn’t letting her pack her bags at 2:25 when her shift is over at 3pm. I’ve already called another allergy clinic nearby to get my son’s care elsewhere.

14th floor, Oncology, worst wait time I’ve ever had to wait. My chart says 11:25, then the front desk tells me my actual appointment is 12….. now here it is 12:31 and I’ve been here since 11. I’m going to need the scheduling department to get it together or for them to not over book or something. Especially that there’s absolutely no tvs to keep the kids entertained….. it’s a freaking childrens hospital and they don’t even have a childrens play area

Appointment at 1245, saw doct at 2 pm. Nurse didn't seem to care, said nothing. They only allow 1 adult in hospital, so the other waits and waits outside. Do you think others time is important also? And you still get to pay acrazy price to be walked over.

This location was fast and friendly ! We usually go to woodlands location or downtown but due to no availability we came here. Love Texas Childrens always the best care.
