My daughter who has life threatening illness had to see a gynecologist here. We are over 300 miles away from home. Been traveling up here for past 7 yrs @,TCH. Never had we had such horrible contact or wait over an hour to be seen. We'll never return and tell everyone about our experience

This was my first experience ever, from valet parking, checking in, to going back get my sons vitals, to providers coming in, the nurses EVERYONE was just amazing.
I absolutely loved this location. They seriously love what they do and do an amazing job in taking care of the patients and kept reassuring me they will take care of him

Dr. Desiree Evans is the best! She has been taking care of my baby since I brought her home from the NicU. If you ever want a pleasant experience go and visit her I promise you won't be disappointed!

I go to TCP Gulfgate but there were no available app for a walk in visit, so I decided to try this center instead. I was seen right away. Everyone was so nice, and place was clean. The physician was so nice and answered all my questions. Made my son feel comfortable with her.

I called to set an appointment for my daughter and the lady was rude. Zully works to schedule your appointment she was rude and not professional at all. Zully has no filter, but she does state her opinion which she should just be doing her job. I was so umcomfortable with her and making the appointment it was unrealistic. I've never felt like this when making appointments. I would appreciate if this problem is fixed. Thanks

We have been so happy with the emergency care our daughter has received from Texas Children's Hospital. We have had great experiences with the pediatric gastroenterologist Dr. Mary Branch. My daughter had pyloric stenosis which was rare in African Americans girls. An ultrasound confirmed it and the next day she performed a successful surgery on her. We have not had anymore problems since she fixed her up. Thanks so much your work is greatlyappreciated.

We have been so happy with the care our daughter has received from Texas Children's Hospital. We have had great experiences with: GI, genetics, ENT, neurology, GYN, surgery, and in patient care. My family is treated with kindness and my daughter with dignity and respect. They even discovered the rare disease that she suffers from even though we were told by previous doctors that we would probably never find a cause for her disabilities and illnesses. I never have felt talked down to and my questions have been met with concern and taken seriously. My daughter has some difficult behaviors and even in her worst moments, everyone was understanding and patient.

This is a great facility I see several specialist here and without a doubt I would give them all an A+.
Everything they do is just very reassuring, especially in times where you need something to anchor you down through whatever you're going through.
Every person who works here from the bottom and I mean the very bottom to the very top, I feel truly enjoys their job.
They're aren't there just to collect a paycheck, they care about the families and the children that come there for care.
They make you feel like family, you can just really tell that everybody there is very passionate about their job and very passionate about the work that they do for the community.
I would recommend Texas Children's a billion times over.
