These guys are fantastic and extremely accommodating. I took my car in for an a/c issue and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue effectively and efficiently. Throughout the process they kept me informed about everything they were doing. Apart from all of that, they are extremely nice and professional and just simply individuals that you want to work with. If you have a luxury European car in the Houston area, this is definitely the place to go for all your repair and maintenance needs.

Jacob, Chandler and the Garagiati staff was amazing. My battery died on my way to work and all the error codes went off. This was the closest European car auto shop. My tow truck through my insurance was taking forever so Garagiati connected me with their local tow company and he was there in minutes. They made my bad situation so much better providing me an Uber to get home and to pick up my car in 2 days. Car is back up and running. I definitely will be back. Thank you!

Great all around shop! With having an exotic car I need a shop that’s knowledgeable and trained to work on these cars without paying obnoxious dealership costs. Very communicative and friendly. Great service & pricing for my oil change, compared to the dealership. Very thorough and met my timeline perfectly. Great customer service, too. Hands down 5-star service. I felt like a celebrity. Now as far as repairs and diagnostics, these guys know their stuff when it comes to European vehicles—and they are very affordable.
Story: My car was at a local mechanic who poorly/misdiagnosed my car systems and charged me a diagnostic fee. He mentioned my engine was not repairable and that I would need a new engine. He claimed to have thoroughly tested and checked it, but lied. Services he claimed to have performed on my vehicle—he either lied about or rigged to get more money out of me.
Out of desperation, I searched for a different repair shop that has experience with European vehicles—not just saying they do, but actually DO!
Surprise, the Google search engine led me to The Garagisti. So I read the reviews, and they were less than a week old—or at the latest a month or two old—with 5-star testimonials and miracles being done at The Garagisti. After reading, I was convinced and had nothing to lose, so I gave it a shot!
I left a message that night and scheduled service. Jason from The Garagisti texted me Thursday morning this week and gave me hope for my vehicle. When they say 5-star customer service, IT’S TRUE! Jason convinced and assured me that I was in good hands.
The Garagisti found all the issues that caused my Check Engine and EPC lights on my Audi. They found all the things the other mechanic claimed to have tested:
• Valve Cover Gasket Leak
• Faulty or damaged Ignition Coils
• And much more…
They pointed everything out with a thorough inspection and showed me each item found and the cost. Very affordable pricing for the level of expertise and service they provide!
If you ever have any doubt about your investment—meaning your European vehicle—do not waste time nor money on a local mechanic with no knowledge or experience! Check out The Garagisti! I went to the Houston location. They have one in Katy as well. Trust me, you will thank me later.
Now after the storm, I’m back on the road in less than 24 hours of dropping my vehicle off to have it serviced. Did I mention they gave me a complimentary loaner until my vehicle was serviced and repaired?
There is a particular kind of madness that afflicts owners of high-performance German sedans, a condition that manifests in late-night forum scrolling and spreadsheet comparisons of exhaust note decibel readings. I know this because I am one of the afflicted, and I recently handed over the keys to my G90 BMW M5 to the specialists at Garagisti for what can only be described as an auditory transformation.
The procedure: installation of a complete Eisenmann exhaust system, the Munich-based manufacturer whose name has become synonymous with the kind of refined aggression that factory exhaust systems merely hint at.
The Shop
Garagisti operates with the quiet confidence of a establishment that does not need to advertise. The facility is clean without being sterile, organized without the oppressive tidiness that suggests more attention paid to appearances than to the work itself. European marques dominate the service bays, their owners having found their way here through the whispered recommendations that constitute the only marketing this shop seems to require.
The Installation
What strikes you immediately about the Garagisti approach is the absence of hurry. The G90 M5, with its twin-turbocharged S68 V8, demands respect, and the technicians here seem to understand that the car’s complexity is not an obstacle but rather an invitation to demonstrate competence.
The Eisenmann system itself is a work of considerable engineering, each component arriving with the kind of finish quality that justifies the premium pricing. The installation required the better part of a day, with attention paid not merely to function but to the details that separate professional installation from enthusiast tinkering: proper torque specifications, careful routing, and the kind of heat management that prevents future headaches.
The Result
Starting the M5 after the installation produced an immediate and visceral response. Where the factory exhaust had been polite, almost apologetic in its restraint, the Eisenmann announces the presence of 717 horsepower with authority. The tone is deeper, more complex, with a texture that reveals itself progressively as the revs climb.
At idle, the system maintains civility. This is not the obnoxious bellowing of a car desperate for attention but rather the confident rumble of an engine finally permitted to speak in its natural register. Under acceleration, the transformation becomes more pronounced: a baritone growl that builds to something approaching operatic as the tachometer sweeps toward redline.
The engineers at Eisenmann have managed that most difficult of balancing acts, producing a sound that is unmistakably more present without crossing into the territory of antisocial. Highway cruising remains comfortable, the drone that plagues lesser systems notably absent.
The Verdict
Garagisti has done what the best specialty shops do: they have taken a client’s vision and executed it with precision, professionalism, and an evident pride in craft. The pricing was fair, the timeline accurate, and the communication throughout exemplary.
For those who believe that the M5’s factory exhaust represents an unfortunate compromise between BMW’s engineering ambitions and the regulatory realities of global markets, the Eisenmann system, properly installed, offers a compelling correction. It is the difference between reading about a symphony and hearing one performed.
The G90 M5, already a remarkable machine, now sounds like what it is: one of the finest performance sedans ever produced, finally given permission to say so.
Chandler was great at the front desk and the team did excellent work. The detail they did on my car as an added bonus was great. And they only recommended work that was needed, even lowering the final bill by $200 when some labor was not needed as expected.
From start to finish, The Garagisti European Motorcar Repair outshines Audi Central by a mile. I recently brought my car in for mechanical work and was blown away by their fast, efficient service and prices that undercut Audi’s without cutting corners. They even arranged an Uber to get me where I needed to go talk about going the extra mile! You truly can’t go wrong with The Garagisti. I’ll be back for all my routine maintenance. Highly recommended!
This was my first time using Garagisti for services on my 2014 Ferrari 458. It will not be my last time.
The shop is clean, the support staff is professional, and the technicians (mechanics) are well qualified.
Meanwhile, the shop’s owner, Sam, is personable, professional, honest, and organized. He got my car in on Monday morning and — as promised — my car was back on the road early Thursday.
All of the work (exhaust install, suspension install, brake flush, and wheel install) was well done. I was unable to find any flaws in the shop’s work. There were no loose parts, no missing pieces, and no damage to my car upon its return to me.
Prior to this week’s appointment, I had heard great things about Garagisti. I can now confirm that its reputation was well earned.
I’m looking forward to doing business with Garagisti again.
