I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. This was my first ever experience checking myself into a hospital. The staff from beginning to end were awful. The front desk was joking around with each other, made me wait to check in while they chatted with each other and lacked urgency in checking me in. I left two stars due to a positive experience I had with a different male nurse and the radiology team who were so kind. But the nurse taking my vitals as well as the doctor doing the checkups on me was dry, unhelpful and was not great at explaining why certain tests were getting done. Any of my questions were met with almost an air of annoyance. I understand that day was hard for them, as they clearly had a rough day with a code blue and my symptoms having already subsided were nowhere near as important. But it reflected poorly in how they came off and handled my care. From the beginning when the doctor saw me, he attributed my symptoms to anxiety without any basis even though I stated I've never had anxiety attacks or felt anxious. After all tests were run and they made sure I wasn't having a heart attack many hours later, he again pushed on me that my symptoms were surely anxiety induced and attributed my symptoms to overthinking and how I shouldn't be ashamed. He said he didn't believe me when I said I haven't had trouble with anxiety. The sexism I experienced with this doctor as well as his unprofessional "diagnosis" of my symptoms being anxiety induced without any knowledge or basis to even decide that in that moment was extremely unprofessional. I couldn't believe what the doctor was telling me. He made me feel like I shouldn't have come and has affected my future ability to seek care. In addition, the code blue was horrible to hear. A female nurse was yelling on the phone and complaining about how no one was responding to the first code blue call. Later the person died after a second code blue which was insightful to understand how their responsiveness to a serious emergency call made a nurse upset enough to yell for someone to respond and express her frustration. I would never return and strongly recommend you find care elsewhere if you can.

We are truly sorry to hear that your visit did not meet the level of care and professionalism we are committed to providing.<br><br>While we are grateful that you encountered kindness from members of our nursing and radiology teams, it is deeply concerning to hear about the lack of communication, attentiveness, and respect you experienced from other staff. I had a horrific experience with attending doctor, TUNDE OMITOGUN, MD (specifically due to his INCORRECT MEDICAL RECORD I received in my discharge papers, details below)!!! HOWEVER, I do want to 1st say/clarify that the facilities & level of service I experienced from everyone besides the primary care physician was spectacular!
I arrived this evening (3/24) sobbing my eyes out having the worst migraine of my life. Upon admitting me/running initial tests the doctor began my “treatment” by saying “just so you know I will not be giving any narcotics” to which I replied, “umm ok no problem, I didn’t ask for any, but I would like some sort of medication as I am experiencing an 8.5/10 pain level”. His response/treatment proceeded to be a half dose of fancy ibuprofen, which he begrudgingly increased to a standard dose when I was still in awful pain. After about 30mins he checked in (reeking of smoke smell I should add) & I said that while the pounding pain had stopped, I was still experiencing 4-5/10 tension pain. To this, he said I had 2 options: 1) IF he prescribed narcotics I would need to be admitted overnight, observed/further tested, & have to get a neurology consult OR 2) Leave with a prescription for more fancy ibuprofen, since I merely had extremely uncomfortable pain (rather than de-habilitating) I opted for option #2.
This leads me to the worst part of the story: my discharge paperwork!!! In my discharge papers, there were 3 major, FALSIFIED ERRORS!
1- The doctor claimed I only had a “headache” (I have been diagnosed with chronic migraines, take daily medication for them, & literally showed him my prescription bottle…).
2- He said I was leaving with a 2/10 pain level (I WORD FOR WORD SAID I WAS A 4 to 5/10 & was still very uncomfortable).
3- He stated I was admitted into the hospital with a 5/10 pain (AGAIN, I WORD FOR WORD SAID I WAS A +8/10, WORST MIGRAINE OF MY LIFE)!
HOW IS THIS OKAY/LEGAL?!?! 0/10 recommend this doctor & strongly recommend finding another hospital if he is working. LASTLY, I again want to clarify that EVERY OTHER STAFF MEMBER WAS LOVELY just hate that the literal doctor ruined the experience for me!!!

Came in with a headache (no big deal). But people are complaining in here like there’s no more tomorrow. The restroom was unavailable, and the waiting time, i legit fell a sleep waiting. (That should tell you enough).
