Window regulator went out and frank and his team was able to fix my window regulator within 2 hours before a bad storm. I take both my cars to frank because he is not only affordable. But incredibly reliable

One of the best experiences I’ve had when working with a repair shop. Top tier professionalism and care. Caught a flat tire and I had to catch a flight for work. They assisted with picking up my truck, getting my tire fixed and assisting me with all other concerns and real time communication. I highly recommend Advance Automotive.

Had a hard time with my headlights being replaced elsewhere. They were pointing down and had no adjustments to raise them up. Took it to 2 other places and they couldn’t fix them. Brought it to Advanced Automotive and had them replaced correctly with LEDs and they are perfect. Also had several censors that were out so I had them replaced at the same time. They took good care of my truck which is why I will be going back for general maintenance.

THE BEST!!!!! FRANK IS AMAZING!!! This shop has saved me so many times and I couldn’t be more grateful. Frank is the owner and takes his time to make sure you get the best prices and goes above and beyond to insure your car is safe and ready to go. If you don’t come here you’re wasting money and time other places!!!!! As a single mom I trust him and his employees so much never ever have I left disappointed!!!!!

I came just after hours because my ford was showing a “stop safely” red alert, and I’ve been so busy and couldn’t get an oil change. They took the time to look at and service my car when they didn’t have to.
They are hospitable and get the job done to the highest level. Extremely recommend.

This place is just amazing. Tow, body and cosmetics shop all-in-one. AND they are affordable. I’m from Tennessee so we were taught to always go to the dealership because shops like these charge you full price and do half the work. Two days later something else goes wrong with your car. However, I can say with FULL CONFIDENCE that Advance Auto is the next best thing!

I do not recommend this place at all, zero professional and completely irresponsible. If you want to go through an awkward moment and be disrespected, this is the right place. I came to this place looking for an inspection which I had to wait for 1 hour because since I arrived alone you would see the inspector arrive the next day I had to go again and they summoned me 2 times and the owner was never there I was calling him many times until he told me I answer I don't speak English so my wife spoke and they only answered insults and they never resolved us be careful
Unfortunately your vehicle did not pass the vehicles emission portion of the state inspection. We are extremely sorry you feel this way about our business after I myself (Frank) stayed past 7:30 last night to help you do your inspection. It failed. I requested you drive the vehicle 20 miles to reset the monitors and asked you to bring it after I got back from my lunch break at 1:00pm. I came back to over 40 missed calls from you and your wife and this review the time is 12:40 when the review was written and a full refund of $25.50 has been given unfortunately as we try our hardest to please all of our clients this is one of the few instances where we can’t.

Hands down best auto repair shop around. They specialize in a wide range of cars from Mercedes-benz to Honda. I was far beyond impressed by the sheer knowledge of mechanics they have here. Very trustworthy and helpful. Thanks for helping me keep my CLS500 running like a champ!

These guys are really top notch when it comes to getting your car fixed at a good rate. They seem to have lots of knowledge on foreign cars which I liked. The guy that helped me with the tattoos was real cool too and got me in and out quickly
