I purchase my car from AutoNation Dodge, and purchased a 5 years extra protection plans, after 4 1/2 years passed, nothing happen, this time I took my car to Autonation Dodge for an oil change , they done an basic diagnostic and send me a videos said my car need to get a Lower control arms fix, ( a cracked) so I call back to see what can they do, they sent me to AutoNation Toyota ( because they don't have my cars parts ) , I made a called to AutoNation Toyota and staff there was very helpful, got me a rental car, scheduled for a jobs, but they need to file for this claim , and adjusters came take a look and denied the claim, so I made a call to find out why the jobs was denied, a customer service at Assurant administrator office was so ruled, her name is Babara , after we spoke for a while, she told me if I not happy I could cancel the plans, I ask her I only have a few months left on my plans and you tell me to cancel ? I buy this protection plans because I'm a old women I don't know much about car , now I needed the service you denied the jobs, I got upset because there are 2 different mechanic said there was a problem with it, and an adjusters just come take a look and denied. I get so sick and upset 😡, feeling myself being so dumb for believing what they call extra protection will help you out on anytime you needed, please don't ever buy anything extra , they will not protect you no matter big or small jobs...
