After dropping my car off for an AC check at the Firestone on Wallisville Rd in Houston Texas, I inquired of a sound that I didn't hear when I left my vehicle. I expressed to the manager that I was not leaving until we figure out what happened if all they did was take the filter out. He rudely expressed that "you can stay forever if you want to!" Unfortunately, I did not receive good customer service and was extremely disappointed with your services. I left with my vehicle making sounds and they were content with sending med off worst than when I came.Thankfully, we were able to change the air filter and put freon in it only to discover they put the freaking filter in there wrong which causes me to question their level of expertise at this location!!! Furthermore, while I was in the store, another customer came in to express they had been there for AC repair and it had gone out in just 2 wks later!!! Get it together and learn your job!

Don't bother getting your vehicle serviced at this location or any other Firestone location for that matter. For the past almost 3 years, this places "Expert Technicians" have all failed to repair an AC leak that has been constantly recurring in my car. In fact, the manager of this location today tried to charge $500 for an evac and recharge, even though I already paid for service back in March ($437 to be exact) and it resulted in no proper repair work holding steady. Effective immediately, I have blacklisted all Firestone locations whenever I need car repair work done. Complete Auto Care? Nah, more like Complete Auto Fraud. Wish I could 0 stars on this review but only 1 is the minimum. Whatever, save your money and go elsewhere. Avoid Firestone at all costs!

I went there one morning since they were the only few places open at 7. I have a nail in my tire and needed a patch. When I got there I told the guy and he already speculated “well let’s see if it’s repairable”. Not even driving my car in the bay at this point but saying, I had a piece of concrete in my tire and “it’s crazy you haven’t heard it while you’ve been driving”. Due to there being “concrete” it’s not repairable and I would have to replace the whole tire, oh and they also to not have my tire brand so I would have to purchase theirs. I got air put in and left, while this guy was laughing at me. I took it to another tire shop up the road and yep it was a nail, no concrete like he tried to tell me, a patch fixed this issue. Honestly I am so disappointed with this place, you constantly hear about the stereotype of these places taking advantage of women and this was a clear example of it. If I hadn’t looked at the issue myself I probably would’ve just did what they said. This is predatory.

Had an appointment at 11:00am called to confirm. They did not mention they did not have an air condition tech. I'm very disappointed before I wrote this review I called management to ask them to make it right he was not any help all he said was his tech did ot plan to be sick. Really his next appointment was not until Monday like he knows his tech will get better by then. I say this cause of the tone when he stated his tech did not plan to get sick. I'm mad because i called to confirm got in my wheelchair that I'm having to learn how to use and get along in for them to . Not inform me when I called to confirm 2. I had someone drive me up there. Really in this hot weather. So in my opinion not a good place for service and the hard part is that they were right down my stret 3 minutes.
