Kyle and his team are great! If I had questions, Kyle would take time to answer them, and also, he would find out from his team the current status of what was going on with my vehicle and break down the technical details to me at an understandable level.

The customer service is absolutely terrible when it comes to material damage to your car—especially after you’ve already paid for a service. I have video footage showing the condition of my tires when they arrived at their shop; it was a nine-minute drive with no traffic issues whatsoever. 🙄 How is it possible that they claim to know nothing about this and have no explanation? 😒 They simply turned their backs on us and left us hanging mid-sentence. To top it off, the damaged part is extremely difficult to find and purchase.

I always have a great experience at this Firestone location. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They’re straightforward about what my car needs and never try to upsell or pressure me. I really appreciate how honest and helpful they are every time I come in. Highly recommend this team.

Came in for an oil change and wiper replacement on my work truck. Alex was very helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. Great customer service and fast, reliable work. Definitely recommend!

Firestone on Wallisville Road always does a great job by having my truck fixed and ready with any service that needs to be done. They are super friendly and helpful! Totally recommend this location!
