The service is not bad but the pricing is outrageous, even with a coupon. My Toyota Sienna van uses synthetic blend and with a $30 coupon, it still cost me about $110. And they didn’t do any vacuuming of the front and didn’t even pull the car around front like usual and it was raining. Just seems like an awful lot to pay. I do know the supplies can be expensive though. But I was charged almost $20 for extra oil and another $10 for extra shop supplies.

So I'm here now dealing with Tre (the short guy with the orange hair). He is so very unprofessional, untruthful, and rude! He told me I will not pass inspection with wipers that were just changed by this same location. But when I said ok, i will go somewhere else for the inspection he then comes back and says hey the wipers are good so let's go ahead with inspection and oil change. After he just, not even a minute ago, looked straight in my face and said they were really bad. I feel he was trying to take advantage of me. He kept trying to say this is bad, this is bad. But these are things that I know I just had replaced. Its ridiculous that women can't get their car serviced w/o being taken advantage of. I would like to thank the manager Angel and the other guy Lynn for being such a pleasure and so very professional so I'll add 2 more stars for them as I did leave feeling a lot better about this place. Thanks you two!
