Requested check for noise I heard, and solution to why 3 windows no longer worked properly. Kennedy did their diagnostic and explained the solutions. We ordered master window switch, and parts needed for original issue-then I scheduled service dates that worked for me. Parts arrived, work completed as promised, and I picked up my freshly washed Lexus as scheduled last Thursday. Not surprising, all's well so far. I am so grateful for Mike's team making this a calm experience! Know that I really appreciate this team's care, service, & professionalism!

I had a great experience with Kennedy Auto Solutions. I brought in my 2016 Toyota 4Runner thinking the starter was failing, but they took the time to properly diagnose the issue and found it was just a weak battery.
I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism—they could have easily sold me an unnecessary repair but chose to do the right thing and saved me money. It’s refreshing to find a shop that values trust over profit.

You can trust these guys! I took my 2014 F150 in for hard starting and a rough idle. I had already replaced the coils, plugs, fuel injectors, VCTs, carbon canister, MAF and purge valve. I was out of ideas. I took it to Kennedy Auto Solutions for professional help. Their team conferred with Ford techs and replaced the fuel pump and valve covers and still didn’t remedy the issue. They tried to flash the ECM. They noted that I had used non-manufacture replacement coils and plugs and fuel injectors. Once those were changed the truck was back to running great. I honestly was thinking my truck was dead, but thanks to the great team I’ve got a few more years to save for an upgrade. Next time I have auto issues I will save myself time and money and go to Kennedy first!
I gotta say I’m severely disappointed in this place. I choose this over my regular mechanic because I wanted something more professional to do my 100k mile maintenance. Big mistake. They gave me zero advice on what to do or not to do. Then turns out the transmission flush ruined my transmission. Wrecked the value of the truck and now I have to choose either an expensive transmission rebuild or buy a new truck which is the whole reason I was doing the major maintenance schedule in the first place. My disappointment is I received no advice on the risk of flushing the transmission or advice to just skip that if I wasn’t having any issues. And then you guys took no responsibility and didn’t work with me at all. You didn’t even suggest getting a cheaper transmission just suggested the most expensive possible option. I will not be coming back and I urge the rest of you to look for a shop that will be a partner with you on your car rather than just take your money with a sweet smile.

We have been taking our vehicles here since we moved to Houston. They always provide good service and follow up with us to ensure the vehicles are operating properly. They are reasonable prices and the customer service is great. We strongly recommend taking your vehicles to them.

Excellent shop. I brought in my Tacoma for a major repair. Their quote was detailed, they communicate very well throughout the entire repair process and followed up afterwards, they do quality work; all at a fair price. Highly recommend Kennedy Auto Solutions.
This was my first time visiting Kennedy. My car needed brake work and was due for some 100k mile maintenance. Mike and his crew of experts got it done quickly and for much less than I was expecting. Absolutely the best shop I've ever worked with! They treated me extremely well! Fixed my truck that I truly thought there was no hope for! I will never use a dealership or any other shop! Oh and they got all the repairs done very quickly as well! No waiting months to get my vehicle back and actually fixed! If I could give them 10 stars I would!
