Ms Sandra went above and beyond for me today. She spoke with me yeasterday (1st) and she told me to come in today (2nd) to look at the suv that I was interested in. Not once did she tell me she was off today. She made me feel special and important. Best Customer Service Ever!!!! Im taking mu suv home today. Thank you Ms Sandra

I just bought a 2010 ford raptor from them got it on Wednesday broke down today won’t start. It will turn over but won’t start. Under warranty but I have to pay $675 for the tow from Waco to Houston for them to fix it. So much for what is suppose to be a decent car company. Nope just another place to sell you something that looks nice but is actually junk. I’m going to continue to pay this truck off. It is a very nice truck. But trust me don’t fall for the polished turd trick. Building is nice people are nice vehicles are shit though. Thanks for a headache.

I had a terrible experience at King of Cars, and I feel it’s important to share my story to warn others.
I came in to test drive a white Mercedes GLA 250 that looked great online — but the moment I sat inside, I could tell they had only shown the “nice” parts in the photos. The steering wheel was worn, and many of the buttons were discolored and faded from heavy use.
Things got even worse during the test drive — the car STOPPED on me twice! I was shocked. I immediately informed Sandra, but she acted completely uninterested, as if it wasn’t a big deal.
Still trying to find something decent, I decided to test drive a red Nissan Murano. As soon as the car hit 20 miles per hour, it started SHAKING violently. At that point, I knew I had to walk away.
I want to warn anyone considering this dealership: be VERY careful. If something doesn’t feel right, trust your gut. I’m so thankful I didn’t give Sandra my down payment — I would’ve regretted that decision for a very long time.
Car shopping is stressful enough — the last thing anyone needs is to deal with shady or careless service. Do your research and go somewhere that values honesty and safety.

That vehicle is equipped with Mercedes’ ECO Start/Stop system, which automatically turns the engine off at stops and restarts it when the brake is released — it can feel unusual if you’re not familiar with the feature, but it is functioning as designed. As for the worn steering wheel and button discoloration, that type of cosmetic wear is not uncommon for a vehicle that is nearly 10 years old. Let’s me start with a shout out to the team, very hands on and sweet and most definitely straight forward! Sandra was very helpful when it came to paper work and to get me driving off in my car! She the greatest. And most definitely to the GM Domenica when I mean she explained everything in details and made the process as smoothly as possible even with it being after closing she made sure i understood everything, if your looking for a car and don’t know where to start king of cars is your place to go!!

I got a car from here 1 in a half month the axle came all the way off the same axle that he so called replace this year then they gonna tell me it’s my fault that I should have took the car to them remind you I called about this Friday it happen Saturday what was a one day difference going to do smh then they told me they could not pass expections for the car because the all the light was on so when I confronted them when the axle come off they try to say they could not pass it because of the battery so what’s really going on I’m looking for a lawyer something for sure will get done car is total and I had it less then 2 months and when I was there about the axle to they bring a car in that would not start and another car engine blew lol run as fast as you can this car lot is problems then they sale they car more then what it’s worth

We bought a car at king of cars and Victoria was outstanding . she explained everything to us and went over the car with us she went thoroughly all over the paperwork with us. we are very satisfied with the vehicle and king of cars.
