Had a great time, Maya was amazing. The rooms are beautiful and the mattress was surprisingly comfy. I wasn’t expecting a lot, but I was very happily delighted.

I booked a smoking room and the hotel accommodated me perfectly. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed while I’m staying here temporarily until my apartment is ready. The hotel is located in Humble, TX, close to the airport and not far from downtown, which made everything convenient. Staff was professional and respectful, and the environment was calm. I appreciate how smooth everything has been. I’d definitely stay here again.

LET ME START OFF BY SAYING “THE STAFF IS THE SWEETEST “ this hotel is the BEST! It’s so beautiful, unique, CLEAN.!!!!! I’m so comfortable every time I stay here. They even give me MY FAVORITE ROOM when I come. THIS HOTEL IS A MUST STAY”! 5 stars from me allllll the way

Well the main thing is I had family that came in from out of town and I recommend the hotel to them but they ask if they could see the inside of a room before renting it but the young guy at the desk that night said it was not an option. Which if you know your hotel is good and clean I dont see a problem with showing a room to someone that is being recommend in the first place. So because of that I will never recommend this hotel again as I have before.

We had a great experience here! The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and nice! Comfy beds, good wifi, and had coffee and quick-grab items in the office for breakfast. We were very pleased for the price

Both of the front desk managers are so nice & patient. They always ask if everything is okay & make sure it is if anything is wrong. The housekeeping staff is super efficient & they REALLY clean.
