I love getting my oil changes here. I also get my tires rotated and air filters changed at the same time. They are always priced well and deliver a speedy service. Definitely recommend the telge location in cypress. The team is the best!

Great service, easy to set up appointment and clean waiting area. They had complimentary coffee and water ready for me, but they were fast and efficient with my car.

Just went for a state emissions and inspection but they still checked things like my tire tread and AC filter.

I went in today for a quick oil change, and I stayed in my car the whole time.
I always have a lot of anxiety bringing my car to a new place, especially with how much most places try to upsell you.
The whole crew was so friendly, outgoing and professional! They explained clearly the issues my car had, and uploaded photos along with my receipt. No pressure at all to get anything done, just advice on how to go about getting my oil leak looked at. Service was super speedy too, and they offered to bring me a water while I waited (which wasn't long at all)
I wish I had gotten everyone's names, but I only remember Jake's. I have a lot of social anxiety, but I had a good conversation with him and really enjoyed talking about tattoos :)
I will be back soon to get my oil leak looked at!

Amazing service and very truthful! I took my old Acura with over 100k miles in for a state inspection and they were very thorough, they also informed me of the services I would need due to my car having over 100k in miles. The quote was very reasonable and they explained everything.
I will go back!!

Called to make an appointment for the next day to get alignment done on my vehicle and was told there was no need because the shop was not busy. Skip to today, I get there to get it done and now im told they are too busy to do it at all today. THIS IS WHY I WANTED AN APPOINTMENT!!!!!!

Ended up going to a competitor and getting it done while I waited.

I really appreciated being told a time estimate up front for my inspection! They do walk-ins, but I had both of my kids with me and was able to schedule an appointment for later in the day so they didn’t have to hang around for a longer wait. The gentleman at the front was very kind and the service was quick. Highly recommend

Communication is great here. After completing the free inspection, Victoria called and was very detailed in the explanations of what was observed during the inspection. The report that you receive showing what was discussed is Tier 1. Fair pricing and got my vehicle back day earlier than expected. Great experience and highly recommend.

Pulled in this morning on my way to work with an alarming battery sign on my Mercedes that had popped up. Victoria was of amazing help and had my car pulled back right away. I was incredibly impressed with the fast service, customer service, and overall honest inspection done on my car. I really appreciated how they send you a text with photos included and reasoning behind each service that is recommended for now or in the future! Ultimately my battery was replaced in no time, and I was able to head to work within 40 minutes! Granted it could have been the timing, however, I highly recommend coming here for your car needs / foreign vehicles. It has been difficult for me to find a reliable shop, and after this experience I will 100% be back! Thanks again to Victoria and the team!

The shop is really clean and the lobby has coffee, a TV, and even a play area for kids. I didn’t use it myself but saw kids having fun in there, which is a nice touch. There’s also a Dunkin’ Donuts right next door if you want to grab something while you wait.

I brought in my Tesla Model Y for an alignment and tire rotation. I didn’t even ask about service mode, but they went ahead and put the car in service mode on their own, which gave me peace of mind that they knew what they were doing. The guy at the counter was polite and professional, and the work was done the same day. That was a big plus since at Tesla I’d probably be waiting longer. Price-wise, it was slightly cheaper and about what I’d expect compared to Tesla service.

I did end up waiting a pretty long time, even though there was only one other customer in the lobby. That said, the technician behind the desk was very polite and apologetic about the delay, which I appreciated.

The only other thing that stood out was one tire I asked them to check. They told me nothing was wrong, but later I found out the tire had been patched at some point. I don’t think it was patched here, but it was odd they didn’t mention seeing it.

Overall though, I’d recommend this location. The service was quick once it was underway, pricing was fair, and the waiting area is comfortable. My only suggestions are that they make it more obvious they service electric vehicles. I only realized because I kept seeing Teslas outside and electric Amazon vans. The construction nearby also makes it a little tricky to get to if you’re coming off the highway.

This is ➡️ NOT ⬅️ your daddy's car service center where you're sitting in greasy, uncomfortable chairs in a gross waiting lobby!!

It's an awesome service center with certified auto technicians!

If you have to wait, there's an awesome play area for children, free wifi, free coffee, and free bottles of water in a setting that's very similar to a high-end coffee shop.

They explained what my car issues were and did excellent work on my vehicle.

I appreciate how Brandon and Brady were professional and courteous with me and the customers.

It's our go-to from now on. Highly recommend.
