Do NOT sell your car here unless you want to waste hours and days of your time for a low offer and then have them dump the deal on you at the last minute.
These people appraised my vehicle for $2,000 less than Carvana, agreed to price match and then didn’t price match, gave me completely conflicting information during the selling process, made me jump through several surprise hoops, and then canceled the deal on me right at the end of the process with a stock/blow off email saying, “At this time, we're unable to proceed based on our internal review and business requirements.”
I needed to sell my car from afar and called THIScar in advance of getting my vehicle appraised with them to ask if this was possible and to clarify the steps to do so. They assured me it was a simple matter of overnighting some paperwork. This was not true.
Ben and Kathy were rude, difficult to deal with, unapologetic liars that didn’t just waste my time, but also the time of a family member that was trying to help me with this process while I was trying to complete it from afar.
Do not buy or sell a car here!

This has been the easiest and most pleasant car process yet! The auto industry is riddled by negative experiences at every possible touch point so it’s refreshing to do business with a company like THIScar. Dealing with RD made the appraisal process fun and Ashley was thorough and informative with all of the paperwork processing. Do yourself the favor, get the most value for your vehicle by getting an appraisal and selling your vehicle here! By the way, they beat Carmax by $1,500+ for my car.

I had a really great experience selling my old truck to Thiscar. The team (RD and Deijia) made the transaction so smooth. RD was in charge of inspecting my truck and gave me a competitive price for it. Deijia handled all the paperwork. They were both friendly, professional, and super efficient. We were in and out for about an hour. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back for future sells.

I’m genuinely blown away by the experience at THIScar. I had a second car I was hanging onto and not sold on selling, but was getting quotes from different dealers to see if I wanted to sell privately or if a dealership would offer something close and save me the time. THIScar beat Carvana, Carmax, GetMeTheVin, and the local dealership with their offer. I was fully expected to be lowballed and it was a super competitive offer that I felt it wasn’t worth wasting any time trying to sell privately. RD and Ashley were super kind, low pressure, informative, and straightforward. The process was extremely efficient and clear. They even paid for me to Uber home! This place is next level, and highly recommend selling your vehicle here rather than the traditional dealership.

This place is incredible. We had a hard time selling our Mercedes but a friend recommended THIS Car to us. We got online and sent the info and the next morning (when they opened) they had an offer ready, and moments later they called to set up an appointment with us. Day of appointment we took about 30 minutes and got an offer we were happy about. No haggling or lowballing. Id definitely reccomend THIS Car, and Richard was awesome
