Great customer service. Manager and staff is knowledgeable and straight forward with the services needed for your vehicle. No need to have to wait unnecessarily as they get things done on a timely manner. Would highly recommend for any automotive repairs.

Thank you Suah for sharing your experience.
We strive to keep happy customers and create long term relationships built on trust.
I bought an "used" tire from this location last week. Today the same tire popped, I checked and it was the same tire I was trying to replace. All they did just patched it ( which they couldn't even do that right) and called it a day. The guy explained that he was looking for the right tire that took him 15 minutes to find. I had to call from a different number just so they can pick up the phone and do things right. They said the manager was out and she wasn't gonna be back for another 3 hours on top of that the guy said he forgot to tell the boss about the situation. Clearly they dont care. Reconsider if you're buying tires from this establishment if you dont want to scammed

Hello Aaron. Reach the location at Bissonnet to clear things up and replace your tire. Used tires can have incidents. Our front desk manager has been out a few days. The phone may not be helpful as they are quite busy.
We are sorry you had the incident.

As always, phenomenal customer service!! This has to be by far one of the most trusted shops around. They have done a phenomenal job of putting Oscar as one of the mechanics. The quality of work matches the level of service as well. Very honest and clear in their diagnosis of issues and repairs. THANK YOU OSCAR!
I’ve been bringing my cars to Oscar! here at Central Tires for years, and I can’t recommend him enough! This guy is a wizard with anything automotive, from routine oil changes to complex transmission jobs. His skill level is off the charts for someone so young, and he tackles every job with precision and care. He diagnoses issues quickly, explains everything clearly, and gets the work done right the first time. He’s saved me from headaches like turbo noises and overheating issues with spot-on fixes. The guy’s passion for cars and dedication to his craft shine through, and his fair pricing and honest approach keep me coming back. If you need a reliable, talented mechanic, Oscar is your go-to!
