I purchased a truck from them, very nice people, great deal on vehicle. My only problem is it’s going on 6 months and I still haven’t received my titles nor registration yet, so I’m riding dirty, I’ve called numerous times and they say it’s on its way it takes a certain amount of time but the time they said had passed on each occasion of me calling… and now I’ll be moving soon even explained this in my final call with them to see if my titles have even been processed if not could they get them to come to the shop, and Jay one of Aba coworkers told me yes, now another 2 months passed and I’m still waiting, and now they won’t even answer the phone now… I would hate for my titles to get lost. How do I go about this situation?

I went to purchase a black on black 2018 Ford Expedition Limited 4wd which was posted on Facebook for $14,000 with 145,000 miles, well I showed up and vehicle was not there and when it finally arrived it was dirty inside & out with kid stroller and other baby stuff.
So I then ask can I do the test drive to a auto mechanic WITHIN 10-15min for a pre purchase inspection I even gave my DL to them plus I had my 2 kids with me and I was leaving my truck and they refused saying " they had bad experience of people not returning but they can take it to their mechanic " who was the same distance away.
To me that seems sketchy, So be aware if you're speaking to buy the 2018 Ford Expedition black limited trim.
