They have 5-6 service people, who are THE only people who can help you with your car. No else can assist. So, be prepared to get passed around on the phone, and wait until your agent is free.
This has happened to me twice in one month!!! How aggravating?!

purchased my vehicle from Easy Honda Houston and was told a second key was included. The dealer now refuses to provide it, saying I came “too late,” even though no deadline was ever disclosed. This was part of my purchase agreement and has not been honored. I am requesting resolution.

They have terrible service at easy honda. I paid 1,700$ for Honda Care . Today i hit to the pothole and my tire was flat. They said they don’t cover because I came to easy Honda every single month. I am working on the road everyday. Issues can be happened usually. Why they sell honda care for me, and the said like that. It’s terrible.

Worst oil change service ever. Waited two hours for car to be done even when an appointment was made for the oil change and car wash.
Arrived to pick up the car and the car wash was not done.
I spoke to the director of service and parts, Jose Ruiz, and he said that not all services get a complimentary car wash and that I should just be happy that I got the oil change at a discount.
Attached picture of offer clearly states “COMPLIMENTARY HAND WASH WITH EVERY SERVICE!”

Had a 9:00 AM appointment for a simple oil change at Honda. I waited 3 hours and was then told it would be another hour. The service advisor who assisted me, Erik, messaged me saying my car was not even on the lot yet despite my 9:00 AM appointment, and that he would be going on his lunch break and would start on my car after he returned — adding even more delay.
To make matters worse, when I finally got my keys back, my AirPods that were attached to my keys were missing. Completely unacceptable. Poor time management, and lack of care for customers’ belongings. I will not be returning!

I had a very disappointing experience at Easy Honda for my Car Service. I went in just for a tire rotation, and they made me wait for more than 4 hours.
After waiting 2 hours, I asked for an update, and the service representative told me the work hadn’t even started yet. He said it would be done in about 35 minutes, but even after another 45 minutes, no one gave me any update.
What should have taken 30 minutes elsewhere ended up wasting my entire day. No one informed me that it would take this long when I dropped off my car.
Very poor communication and time management — definitely not coming back again.
