Nice try and your response is inaccurate as see the attached screenshot of when I called your business today and left a detailed VM!! Again, you did not return my phone call with a detailed VM so I took my car, business and money to another mechanic.
Thanks Hector for NOT answering the phone or returning my voicemail message today. You just lost a potential NEW customer. Good thing there are plenty of mechanics that want my business.

Amazing service and friendly team. I came in to get my car parts and wires checked for potential damage from a rat that made a nest under the hood. I was paranoid when I found out after work, and called here (as they were the only car shop open past 6pm around where I live). They cleaned it out and inspected for damages as soon as I pulled up. Luckily all was good, but I very much appreciated their quick service and kindness! I would definetely recommend, and I will be coming back for future car needs! :)

I had a great experience at Galaxy Drive Garage today. Hector was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle. He took the time to clearly explain what was wrong and what needed to be fixed, which really helped me feel confident in the work being done. Took my 2015 jeep to another mechanic first and they quoted $7,000 for blown head gaskets. Went to Hector at Galaxy for a second opinion and it WASNT head gaskets and cost me $900 for repairs. Hector is very thorough, honest and my family will use him now for ALL our vehicle repairs!

Hector took good care of me today. I had a wheel bearing issue. I drove from The Medical Center to Webster not knowing this was the issue… It was pretty late when I stopped by the shop but he fixed it right away and made sure I was okay to hit the road again. Thank you, Hector for taking the time to fix my car and ensuring that I was safe to drive my car. It was my first time here! I definitely recommend, Hector!
