This is the second time coming here and bith times ive revieved almost perfect service from the staff. I will however call out the best doctor by far ive ever had in an emergency room. Dr Vences. He is the most kind, caring, and patient doctor ive ever had in an ER and he is very thorough and listens to all my questions or concerns. I highly recommend his service and thank this hospital for its care.
I was admitted almost immediately and taken to an evaluation/triage room. I was evaluated by an ER doctor who did a very thorough examination and diagnosis. Wait times were minimal and I am very pleased with the Houston Methodist Emergency Department in Clear Lake. The course of treatment is working, and I look forward to a complete recovery.
I want to say thank you Houston Methodist Hospital I was very well taken care of specially to my nurse Fredelyn Martinez from observation unit she went above and beyond to help me feel better.

This past week our daughter was admitted to have her baby. We were extremely impressed with the nurse's the level of care and attentiveness, throughout the whole process. Huge shout out to Nurse Becca! You were incredibly awesome!
We would highly recommend her and your hospital to anyone. The hospital was clean, without the heavy smell of bleach or cleaning products. The staff was pleasant no matter where you went or what your needs were.

I am a former patient of Methodist Sugarland Hospital. I had two heart ablations performed in 2013. After over a dozen years, I encountered a medical need to gain access to the records. After the extended period of time between then and now, I figured there was little chance that these records would still be available. To my surprise, the much needed records were quickly located and supplied to me by Release of Information Specialist Brinda T. Capetillo, of the medical records department. I want to compliment Brinda on her friendliness, professionalism. patience, and speed of service. This young lady is credit to the Methodist Sugarland Hospital, and much appreciated by me!!!
The staff at this hospital was very professional, polite and compassionate. The wait time was not long. If I ever need to go to the ER again this is the hospital I will be going to.
