This surgery center has the best staff I have ever experienced. Every person I dealt with was extremely kind. They took such good care of me. I have to say my intake nurse Christi was the sweetest and kindest nurse I have ever had. After a previous bad experience I had at another outpatient surgery I was super nervous. Christi was truely an angel sent to me by God. She calmed all my fears and was so sweet and kind. She was like talking to my best friend even though I had just met her. To the management staff at Memorial Herman I hope you know what a gem you have working for you
My recovery nurse was just as nice.Thank you all for taking such good care of me. DONNA Kliewer

I give Dr Dar a higher rating than that! Love him....however it looks like his office policies are making me change Doctors. I have AFib....Dr Dar took care of me. Now that it returned, they say go to the ER.....I have been to the ER twice in my life. Terribly expensive (5 times the price) and will not do it. Why Dr Dar can't set up an outpatient procedure is beyond me.....very sad. I have has run ins with the office help a few times.....not a fan. I have an appointment with a new Cardiologist in a few weeks.

Now you (owner) respond with promises to look into the matter. I emailed your people over a week ago...

I was finally able to get an appointment to see Dr Dar. He scheduled the procedure to solve my issue at the hospital and all is well! Great man! Needs a little change to the office system.

First time here for endoscopy. Everyone that I encountered, from the intake person to the nurses, anesthesiologist, and technician ( and my doctor, of course), made for a pleasant experience. Only negative was the fact that my ride was told to park at valet parking to pick me up and had to pay $16 for the short time to come to the floor to pick me up and have nurse escort me to car.

I was asked to schedule a follow up appointment. First have trouble getting through on the telephone to schedule. After a week I finally was able to make an appointment for six weeks out. Something came up and I had to reschedule. Again, cannot get through to the office. That was months ago.
I am trying to schedule a visit with the cardiologist again and find it impossible to get through
Otherwise happy with all other aspects of UT Physicians. But there is something the cardiology group is missing!
