I really liked Dr. Hussain. He is kind, compassionate and a wonderful doctor. I'd still be using him except for Anna in his office. She is rude and argumentative. I just don't want to deal with her again. I don't need to be treated like that.

Quality doctors, absolutely negligent third-party hiring practices. Call at 5:49 p.m. yesterday trying to call back a nurse and leave a message. Some African-American young woman answered the phone clearly not interested in doing her job because whenever I asked her to leave a message for me for the nurse to call back, she kindly explained to me that the office was closed and that she would not be doing any such thing. She then hung up on me whenever I asked her why she picked up the phone if she wasn't going to do her job. I then called back 12 times each time she answered the phone and then hung up immediately. On the 13th call I explained to her that I'd be filing a complaint with a supervisor and that's when she indefinitely placed me on hold with no intention of answering it again. I hung up and then confirmed my hypothesis by the fact that she just refused to pick up the phone any further. I did not curse at her. I only wanted to leave a message letting the nurse know that my grandfather doesn't need to reschedule his appointment because he's freaking DEAD.
So yeah thanks but no thanks. Hold your hirelings accountable for their actions.

He seems to be more confident in the solutions he’s providing for my BP than other docs I’ve seen. That makes me feel better and more confident in my health.

The receptionist is a true gem. The Dr and staff are always warm and welcoming and are terrific at their jobs. I like that the Dr engages in conversation and not just look at a computer screen reading off the results of tests.

I stopped by Dr. Hussein’s office to set up an appointment (because I was in the neighborhood), and they told me I could be seen “that day” because they received a cancelation. I really appreciate the office staff and professionalism I receive when I go there.

Dr Hussain always treated my mom with care, and concern. He takes the time to explain the medicine he's prescribing. Great bedside matter I highly recommend.
