I brought my mom and the MA was very helpful and cooperative, I really appreciate her patience and kindness. Much thanks to Sukayna! Also, Dr. Hussain and his team truly stand out. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted warmly and the check-in process is smooth and organized. Dr. Hussain is very knowledgeable, takes the time to really listen, and makes you feel supported and cared for throughout your visit.
Dr GALLA made a hospital visit to my husband, who is in the hospital at Methodist, Willowbrook this week,, and exaggerated his diagnosis and was very alarmist in her attitude. Not what a doctor should be, especially to someone in the hospital with a heart condition. Not sure where she learned her bedside manner, but it definitely needs improvement!

For Dr. Hassain himself he gets 5 stars, however his staff gets 0 stars. Anytime I've ever spoken with someone over the phone it has been an unpleasant ordeal.The "lady" who usually answers the phone is an awful representation of his practice. She is extremely rude and has a very nasty tone. I called today to make my follow up appointment and she told me I wasn't a patient. WHAT?! Not only did Dr. Hassain treat me when I was on life support for almost a month, he followed up almost everyday when I got out of ICU and even came to see me regularly when I was moved over to the acute rehabilitation hospital. AND I saw him in his Sugarland office as well, so how am I not a patient?! I called back to get her name, however she would not answer the phone. I could hear the click when it transfers to another extension, it did that a few times and kept ringing with no answer, not even a voicemail. That happened 3 times before I decided to leave this review. Today was not my first time having issues with his phone or front desk staff, but it certainly is the last. I hate that I have to find another nephrologist because Dr. Hassain is amazing but dealing with the rude people on the phone every time I've spoken with them over the past few months just isn't worth it. An entire revamp of the people he has answering the phone would be ideal.

Dr Hussein and his staff are great. They pay attention to you as a person and a patient. They truly go above and beyond in providing you with what you need. I would recommend them to any one of my family or friends. They are great. Five stars aren’t enough!
Dr. Hussain and his staff are unbeatable. The moment you walk through the door, you will be welcomed and efficiently checked in. Dr. Hussain has experience and listens attentively to your concerns and will “be there” for you.
Dr. Hussain listened, questioned and consulted me. Studied my tests and was very informative.
5 stars for bed side manor as well.

Dr. Hussain is truly one of a kind. From the moment you walk into his office, you feel cared for. His front office staff is friendly, organized, and always welcoming—they make scheduling and check-ins so easy. Dr. Hussain himself is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He takes the time to listen, explain everything in detail, and never makes you feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. It’s rare to find a doctor and team who combine such professionalism with true compassion. I’m so grateful to be under his care and would recommend him and his wonderful staff to anyone needing a nephrology specialist.
