The entire team was highly professional and incredibly kind. They truly helped me recover after my hip and pelvic fracture surgery. I improved every day thanks to their dedication, expertise, and teamwork. I am sincerely grateful to everyone at Pan Rehabilitation Center Sugarland for their outstanding care and support.

Across the board, everybody superior. Great attitudes, quick responses, helpful, caring. All of the doctors fantastic, Dr. NAUMANN 100+ POINTS. Perfect place for rehab! When I'm in here, it feels like a health resort. The food is delicious, unheard of for hospital food. The surrounding area is exquisite. It's like a resort for your mind, body, and soul. Fantastic rehab and nursing team!
I came from a different hospital where everyone was grumpy and slow, I fought hard to come here, and love it. Such a wonderful place. This is a place where they'll push you towards success.

Nurse Michael has been a very, very good nurse for my husband, John, and for me as John’s wife & caregiver. Michael is very present on the floor and available to answer questions about when therapy happens, who is responsible for showers, why John has bruises on his stomach (from the shot to keep clots from happening) and many other questions I have had. Michael is an upbeat person but he also will get very serious. When I was upset yesterday because John had not had a shower for 5 days. Michael went straight to the CEO. Today John is getting a shower! Plus he has PT and ST scheduled today. John came here to help him get more mobile, and I am glad Michael has been our nurse to encourage us and also to use his professional knowledge and skills. Marilyn Diffenderfer

All the staff were very helpful and nice and courteous. The therapists were very helpful with my mom's rehabilitation. The person who stood out the most was Lucina.

The OT and PT staff are what made the stay beneficial. The doctors are above par as well. Nursing is a mixed bag, but most were caring and professional. In nursing, Beyoncé, Lois, and the entire CNA staff were very good. The food was not fresh or appetizing. We spent unexpected money for delivery as the food was often not edible. Even the boiled eggs and cut fruit were stale. This is inexcusable and needs to be addressed, as nutrition is an essential part of recovery.

This is a very nice facility. The food is amazing. The staff has been very friendly during my entire stay. Beth and Victoria are definitely the A team for therapy!! You won’t find a better place to come and get therapy to get ready to go home!!!

I strongly recommend PAM of Houston Heights for physical therapy. My time there was excellent and extremely beneficial. The therapy staff is excellent, accommodating, skillful, courteous, and very considerate of my wishes and needs. The therapy schedule was superb. Definitely a five star recommendation for me!
