Amazing university!
The teaching standards are excellent, and it makes a huge difference having lecturers who actually care about their students and their success.

Though it was a four hour waiting time i was immediately triaged and sent for xrays on arrival. After bloods and BP was taken, i was given pain meds. That helped me patiently wait for the outcome of my visit.

Doctors good as you would expect but I had my bike nicked while the security was no where to be seen so now no bike shame they don't give you the money back for the loss

This hospital has a specialist department for my Blood Disease Sickle Cell Anemia. Unfortunately I'm never given enough pain relief but this is a very good hospital. They do there best, staff are really lovely (mostly) but its impossible to get along with everyone.

The staff are wonderful and caring and friendly polite courteous dedicated wonderful people who deserve our respect and gratitude for the hard job that they do if you can have a favourite hospital then this would be mine by a country mile having been under this hospital for a kidney tumour the whole staff put me at ease and treated me with kindness and total dedication the best hospital by far superb I can't thank them enough for what they did for me

The admissions team, the anaesthesia team, and the consultants were all exceptional and provided wonderful care. However, I was deeply disappointed with the experience on the Grey Ward. The aftercare did not meet the same high standards; specifically, the ward environment was not clean, and the staff lacked the necessary proficiency to correctly install a cannula.

The basic staff aren't nice or welcoming at all. The urgent treatment centre has nonchalant and abrupt staff. Customer services isn't of a decent standard at all. I think croydon is terrible but this was another level of rude. Beyond a joke. All the staff speak with no concern or empathy at all and their dealing with ppl with pain and difficulties. I will NOT BE RETURNING HERE AGAIN. Thanks for that experience. That was enough for me.
