I brought my car in for a failed AC compressor and Joe got it diagnosed and replaced fast. The whole process was smooth, professional, and way quicker than I expected. He explained everything clearly, and had my car back with ice-cold AC in no time.

Patrick gave Amazing Customer Service! Helped us in a stressful situation and made it super quick and painless! Even chauffeured me to pick up my rental car and help me get all my stuff transferred over to the rental! Definitely earned our business!

We have been going to Sullivans for years and they are the BEST! Back in February I had to have the front bumper replaced on my SUV, they did an incredible job. A couple weeks ago someone hit my new, beautiful bumper at the movies, it was very minor but it was aggregating. Took it in after lunch today to see what they could do without having to off the bumper. Pat informed me what they could do and said leave it for a couple hours and we will have it ready. When I picked it up I couldn’t even tell it was hit. When I went to pay Pat said no charge because we have spent a lot of money and this is our thank you, I was shocked. I wanted to tip him but he said I could tip the guy who worked on your car, that was a no brainer.
Pat was professional and of course
Andrew too. I would give them a 10.

I had a great experience at this shop for my oil change. The service was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Tim Brock was especially helpful—he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of the work being done. I really appreciated the honest, excellent customer service and will definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Service shop Again I came here for wheels alignment they are amazing worth every penny they did everything by the book. I used to go to Firestone because they have life time warranty but they always break something on the recommend a repair that I don’t need.
I highly recommend this family-owned business. You’ll get the best prices, the best job, and friendly people. The staff is great and knowledgeable they’ll do exactly what you want. I’m not an expert, but look at the pictures. Their prices are fair and won’t break the bank. You’ll get a high-quality, professionally done job. I’m very thankful
The staff and service at Sullivan's are fantastic! Every time I've brought a car there, the professionalism, expertise, and kindness have been unmatched. Most recently, Andrew and Pat took such great care of me, making sure that the work on my car was completed quickly and for a great price I couldn't come close to anywhere else. Knowing I was concerned about the time it would take, Pat kept me constantly informed about what was happening with my vehicle and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great customer experience. I stopped by and was greeted by a young man by the name of Nick. I was needing a price on getting my brakes done. I was very thankful that I didn't even have to get out of my vehicle!!!!
Nick made a call and priced the parts and then gave me a quote for labor. This young man was very helpful and polite!
I was very impressed ! This type customer service goes a long way with me! I will definitely be back when I decide to get my brakes done!

I wanted to get a estimate on my
Vehicle out of pocket cost and Nick helped get me a quote of what it would be and explained that it was a rough estimate. I like the up front honesty that the price is subject to change because I’ve been to places where they gave me a different amount after having work done and that was not the case here. I will be returning when I am able to. Sullivans is a place of great customer service.
