Never had to use a mobile mechanic before, but would call this guy back in a heartbeat. Got caught in a bind and he came out and did the work necessary on my 4Runner within hours of my phone call! Awesome dude and reasonably priced.

Not the best experience encountered. Mr Tisdell agreed to takeout and reconnect my starter once I fixed it. I offered to pay him half of the cost to take it out and the rest once he reconnects the part but he insisted I pay 75% because he didn't trust that I would call him back again and he agreed to be back after I got the part. I called him after I got it but he never answered the phone. Then he texted that he was way across town that he wouldn't be able to do it till tomorrow morning which wouldn't work because o had to report back to work. I asked him to reimburse me what I overpayed and he ignored that. I ended up getting another mechanic to finish the job. Crazy thing is Tisdell took the screws to my starter with him and never left them for me . I would have been stuck out of not for the new mechanic not paying attention. But guess who was all the way across town and was able to bring back my screws within 8 minutes of talking to him. It was a pretty shameful experience because a Mexican mechanic had to witness horrible treatment to a customer by an African American brother and cleanup after him which has been a common denominator in my life experience so far. I just wish some people can be better and work against the stereotype they are perceived in. I would definitely not recommend his services.
Man it is bad because you told me up front u wanted me to just take the stater out and got a price of 125 after it was out u ask how much to put it in I told you 75 and u asked would I be available to put it in I said depends on when u asked me to come back u not the only person that need there car fixed and u lucky I stopped what I was doing to give you ur screws man people are so ungrateful they don’t know when u helping them<br>
