This deserves 0* but you have to put 1 down. Very bad experience with this location. From the time we walked into the facility to the time we left. We felt like a number and not a patient/family for a surgical procedure. The staff had poor bed side manners and really didn't care about us. We had lots of questions and asked them to different people that they related with. Only 1 of the people was happy to answer our questions. The others were in a don't bother me mood. We only got updates via a blue screen instead of texts that was said to us originally. The blue screen is delayed by 15 mins or so with no timely updates. Be careful having a loved one go to this facility and make sure you have an advocate with you. We were given a very rude demeanor upon a few issues regarding this. The OR will do what they want without telling you ahead of time. This is not in relation to what you sign. This also is a facility that doesn't allow family to see a patient in the 2nd recovery room right before release. They call you on the phone and tell you all the discharge info and say bring the car around. Bruh.... talk about professional communication in front of the caregiver for the patient. The worst. The paperwork given at discharge was incomplete with no instructions and not helpful.
