Bought an ambulance through this company and unfortunately did not have a good experience.

The vehicle arrived with multiple issues. The inverter wasn’t working properly, and then we discovered a problem with the power lift they installed. Overall, the fit and finish of the vehicle and their QA process seemed pretty subpar.

When we raised the issue with the lift, their response was basically, “Get it fixed and we’ll pay for it.” Great...thanks for giving me another job to do instead of taking responsibility and figuring out how to fix your own mistake.

And it wasn't just an inconvenience. I had to pull my own employees away from their regular jobs and have them spend many hours running around getting these issues diagnosed and repaired. I pay my people hourly, so that cost me real money. The problems also kept the ambulance off the road for an additional two weeks, which meant lost revenue on top of the labor we spent dealing with it.

The lead salesperson was overly salesy and extremely attentive until they got our money, then basically disappeared. The owner also refused to get involved when I tried to escalate the situation.

They offered no makegood whatsoever for the time, labor, downtime, or lost revenue their mistakes caused. The only thing they agreed to do was pay the mechanic's bill to repair their own work. The mechanic was our vendor, and instead of promptly paying them, we had to chase Trinity around to get the bill paid. That put us in an uncomfortable position with a vendor we have an ongoing relationship with.

Overall, it felt like a small, disorganized operation with poor quality control and accountability issues. Mistakes happen...I understand that. What matters is how a company responds when they happen. In our case, their mistakes cost us employee hours, two weeks of downtime, lost revenue, and damage to a vendor relationship, and there seemed to be very little interest in making any of that right.
