They did a great job fitting me in and putting my door handle on my car. This makes me feel safe driving my car rather than waiting for the paint job which I can wait for. Safety first. Much better than going to the dealership and close to home!!!

Very disappointing experience with Adams Automotive.

On August 1, 2024, Adams Automotive replaced the A/C blower motor in my 2019 Toyota Tundra. I was charged $398.65 for the blower motor and $249.99 for labor, for a total of $631.53.

The blower motor failed about two years later. The invoice specifically states that Adams Automotive provides a 36-month/36,000-mile Parts and Labor Warranty.

My truck had 124,245 miles when they performed the repair and currently has less than 159,000 miles, so the failure occurred within both the 36-month and 36,000-mile warranty limits.

Because I needed the truck, I replaced the blower motor myself. The replacement took me less than 10 minutes. I kept the failed TYC blower motor that Adams had installed.

I contacted Adams Automotive and asked them to honor the warranty. They refused to do anything.

I understand that they may have wanted to inspect the vehicle before approving a warranty claim, but I expected them to stand behind a repair for which they provided a written 36-month/36,000-mile parts-and-labor warranty.

I still have the original invoice and the failed part.

I'm posting this so other customers can make an informed decision about whether they want to use this shop and, particularly, how much confidence they should place in the written warranty.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Adams Automotive! Everyone was very kind and friendly, my car was reviewed thoroughly and all issues were explained to me so that I could understand them, and they worked with me to figure out which issues I needed to address and which I could postpone so I could stay within my budget but still have my car safe and ready for the road. I will definitely be coming back for all car maintenance in the future!

If there were a way to give more than five stars, I absolutely would!

Let me start by saying not all businesses are created equal, and Adams proved that today by going above and beyond. I’m in town for my son’s basketball tournament and unfortunately ended up with a nail in my tire. I first stopped at Firestone since it was the closest location, but they told me it would cost $22 and take about three hours. Needless to say, I left.

Thankfully, I called Adams, and they answered right away and were more than happy to help. Not only did they take care of me quickly, but this was also the cleanest and nicest tire shop I’ve ever seen. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish.

Just wanted to take a moment to genuinely appreciate a business that still knows how to treat people the right way. Highly recommend!

I always pass by this auto shop, but let’s just say my experience here was a 10/10. Everyone was so nice and had great customer service. Damaris helped me, I really appreciate him, he was a big help. I recommend this auto shop for all your car needs :)

This was my first visit at Adam’s Automotive I’m super impressed I came in with a check engine light on, now I am leaving with it off we worked with Damaris super professional and we got a shop tour. Will be returning in the future.
