I recommended my wife to take her car here because we had a good experience in the past for minor service.
She went in because her AC wasn’t working. Long story short, we paid over $4k in parts and labor and every time she got it back, it still did not work. Had to take time off work at least 4 times to take the car back and every time they said it was another component that needed to be replaced. On top of that, they also completely disrespect car interior that she keeps pristine; it was sent back with the seats and floor carpet filthy with dirt and damaged her dashboard panel under the glove box. Then they told her “those parts aren’t designed to be removed” and they had no choice but to break it and just left it like that.
This was the most expensive and time consuming repair we have ever experienced for something that should have been fixed the first time, especially for that kind of money. Probably would have been better off taking it to the Stealership.
