Do not go to this place! Literally anywhere else would be better. They are frauds/scam artists. I bought a car from them in December, the NEXT DAY it was barely functioning and blowing out smoke. They were very dismissive and reluctant to actually fix it.
When they finally agreed to fix it they were only supposed to have it for two weeks, they ended up having my car for A MONTH and a half. I’m still having issues with it to this day and they are refusing to fix it and won’t answer any of my calls.

I bout a truck cash from them in October 2024, we're now in March 2025 and i still have not received my title. They have confirmed they have the title but are refusing to give it to me unless I pay $850 dollars in the fees that are not on my bill of sale. I have been patient with them but this is ridiculous and fraud. I will be making a police report today. Buyer beware.

I met an employee from this company to try to buy a car and he tried to sell it to me private party, but I was a little suspicious so we met at the dealership location the following day on Monday and it turned out that he was trying to sell me a car that said 115 on the odometer but the actual mileage was 200 K and the paperwork confirmed that the actual mileage was 200 K yeah they never told us this and we wasted two separate trips from Conroe to Houston, over four hours of driving, when they could’ve just been honest and told us this over the phone

Bought a 2012 Hyundai Genesis and we had to put it in the shop for what we thought was just to top the fluid levels since the salesman stated he wasn’t sure if his guy changed the oil because the staff he was referring to had just quit.
First, we took it to Valvoline and we were informed the oil filter cap was stripped which meant they were unable to change the oil and they noted that the housing gasket needed to be replaced. We were instructed to take the car to a mechanic for repairs.
We take it to the mechanic shop. The mechanic explains that not only is the part for the oil rounded off, the intake cover is cracked and a head gasket is blown.
We have been trying to call Auto City, no answer/no response. I do not recommend for anyone to use this place. This was supposed to be a vehicle for my son and he hasn’t even had the chance to enjoy his first car. I hate that we are going to have to take legal action. This has been very exhausting, stressful and frustrating.

Muy mala integridad agarre un Camioneta con ellos y cuando la quise poner a mi nombre no pude porque ellos nunca pagaron taxes y tengo que agarrar un Bonded tittle
Very bad integrity I grabbed a truck with them and when I wanted to put it in my name I couldn't because they never paid taxes and I have to get a Bonded title and the truth was that it was not a good deal with them I have to pay 3 times more to be able to have my clean title
