Your experience will not be someone else's. I bought a car from here and it stopped working in 3 weeks. My title was processed late and my registration took forever. I bought this car 6/19/26. They told me one thing was wrong with the car and I agreed to purchase the extended warranty to fix that issue. Fast forward 3 weeks in the car stopped working before a mechanic could get to it. The starter, alternator, and it has an electrical issue amongst a whole slew of other things. I told them my personal situation to emphasis me needing something to get me around with my kids and no family and moving to a new state because of DV. This world is not compassionate. I came to Auto Trophies because of the reviews. It sounded like they were good to you but they just took my money. Today is 8/27/26 and even though they said they are working to get my registration and title to me this was the worst car buying experience for me because I still don't have a working car. I don't want the suggestion of a new mechanic because when I came in I paid you it wasn't a favor. I don't have money to waste and it hurts as a mom trying her best that people take advantage of you with fake remorse. The car needs so much work on it the GMC dealership is even second guessing me making all those repairs to get it back up and running because it may not be worth it. I hope yall nights are just as sleepless as mine. Integrity and Accountability is what this situation lacks. There was no urgency for anything I needed but to get their money from me which I paid gladly thinking I got a deal instead I received a pile of non working metal.
