Let me check in early after I called to ask questions on amenities. Staff was helpful and kind. Pool was clean, chlorine a touch strong, but I guess better than low. Google listed as location closer than actually was. But that's been happening lately.

Jennifer at the front desk always remembers us & gives us a friendly chat while checking us in. I really like how she remembers our preferences. It makes us feel appreciated & welcome. I was sad to find out that they're not offering to do housekeeping every day of our stays now. While we don't normally use that service we want it when it's needed. I'll not be happy being denied bed changes & fresh towels should I ever want it. Beds are comfy & rooms are clean. We've had some trouble with the hair dryers working. They really should invest in some hair dryers to deliver to the rooms when they're not working instead of moving us to another room.
