Good evening I had to redo my review about colonial life life insurance I work six days a week Monday through Saturday and I could not make it to Houston Texas, which is an hour from me to do a physical I explained this to my or their rep he said I’ll take care of it and I asked him again. Is there anything else I could do maybe local? He said he’ll take care of it never heard anything. They sent something out again saying Mr. Skinner you need to make it to the physical. Nobody never told me that if I did not go, I would not keep my life insurance not only me but on my child and my wife, was trying to make the effort to make it out there soon but I received a letter in the mail saying they denied my coverage for me and my family and refunded me my money then I called the Rep. He says he’s working on it now never heard back from him. I called them to please let me know if I can still make it out there. They told me indirectly no!

My opinion only. Company's upper management should train sales representatives and such to respect ' no solicitation ' signage posted on front doors by having the reps simply call and make an appointment without trespassing and disrupting/disturbing working office staff and then giving slanderous reviews to show off to the fellow cohort

Please don't do business with this unprofessional business. They cold call you and then harass you. When you tell them you aren't interested, they continue and threaten to make an unwanted visit to your place of business. Have co-workers then call you. I would never do business with a company that is this unprofessional.

Do not use this company they do not like to pay claims I have been dealing with them for over four years and I just got paid for one of my claims. They have been very rude and disrespectful and full of lies one representative after another.
