I’ve been using Baylor/St.Lukes for many years; I’m retired from Baylor. But this was my first visit to The Vintage and it was a happy surprise. The area is green and lovely; the two new buildings are lovely as well and it’s only 15 minutes from my home! I was there for a routine scan and it went well.

The surgery nurses were great, but at check-in no one was there to take us back and's in pre op the nurses had to stick me several times for iv yet I have very good veins.

I want to commend the staff of 4North, who made my time at the Vintage so pleasant. They provided care and concern that enabled me to leave feeling much better. I don't know who chose the room, but it had the best view for a healing journey. God bless you,from Alice, room 9.

Care was great, but food,.... not that tasty. I'm not surprised. I have yet to be admitted to any hospital in the area and in the medical center where the food was the star. What I liked about the Vintage food service was they wanted to know how they could make it better. In fact, there was a very nice lady who came to me to personally to make sure my meal was alright. I think it was the Assistant Food Service Mgr. I was pleasantly surprised.

The male that did my hand X-rays and female training were excellent. I am older on a walker he got a wheelchair and took be back the all the way to my car when finished. So caring. It was awesome!

I went on 6-24-2026 to St. Luke's Health - The Vintage Hospital - Houston, TX, to pick up a patient who was brought into ER for a checkup. I went to front desk in ER time was 6:59 PM. Before even I said anything the lady at the front desk tells me NO VISITING AFTER SIX. How unprofessional... you didn't even ask customer how can you help? what does the customer need? I was not even talking to her, I went straight to other lady who was sitting on the left side of the counter and told her I am here to pick up a patient. At this point, the first rude and unprofessional one pulled that lady to the back office and informed security to come for assistance. Next thing I see a security guard standing at the front desk staring at me.
I want to request the administration to look into this matter and take appropriate action and remove her from that post for behaving unprofessionally, discourteously, and rudely and creating an unnecessary drama and creating a hostile situation. You can look into the cameras for that incident too.

I hope administration will do the right thing to held their reputation and professionalism.

I recently had my colonoscopy, and from the moment I arrived until I was discharged from recovery, everyone was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. The nurses, anesthesia team, and physicians made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process. Their compassion and professionalism truly made a difference, and I am grateful for the excellent care I received.

I recently had cause to visit St Luke's ER and my visit was not only life changing but also as pleasant as a visit to ER can be during the small hours of the morning.
Firstly, my admission through ER reception was quick and professional and was seen by a triage nurse within minutes and due to my condition and pain taken to a private room to lie down in bed to be examined by the doctor. This completed soon after and pain medication given followed by further examination and diagnosis before treatment explained and way forward.
Everything was explained by the doctor and detailed in my After Visit Report before being discharged.
A very professional and friendly experience, as well as reassuring, allowing me to return home confident and feeling much better.
Thanks to all at St Luke's ER Department.

Excellent hospital! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Everyone takes your health concerns seriously and gives the best care available. The facility is clean and comfortable, and they do everything they can to keep any wait times to a minimum.

I don't want to ever have to go back, but I'm glad to know St Luke's The Vintage is there when I need it!

My care during this visit was impeccable. Everyone was kind and receiving. From the front desk at check in to the discharge, I felt very well taken care of. From Christopher, Nurse India, and Dr. Elizabeth S., they took good care of me !!!
