I had a really great experience buying my car from Compass Autos, and I especially want to give a big thank you to Mr. Obi for making the whole process so easy and comfortable. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and respected, and there was never any pressure to make a decision.
Mr. Obi was very helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I understood what I was getting before moving forward. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful, especially when you’re worried about hidden issues or dealing with people who only care about making a sale, but I honestly did not feel that way here.
The car was exactly what I was looking for, and the overall buying experience was smooth from beginning to end. Mr. Obi was professional, patient, honest, and easy to communicate with. I really appreciated how he treated me like a customer he actually wanted to help rather than just another sale.
The paperwork and process were also handled efficiently, which made everything much easier. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions and look over the vehicle. That kind of customer service makes a huge difference when you’re making a big purchase.
I’m very happy with my car and with the experience I had at Compass Autos. I would definitely recommend Compass Autos and Mr. Obi to anyone looking for a vehicle. If you’re in the market for a car, I would definitely give them a chance. Totaled my car and found this place online. I didn’t have much credit but Obi was able to get me into a car at a reasonable price! The process went fast and smooth! I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a car!

I’m not the one to complain.. but Stay away from this place !! By far the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had! Drove two hours to get a car and was lie, after lie, after lie!! Originally told me car had 50k miles, I get there and it has 65k yet price is the same??. I purchased the car for $9500 the second week of March. Said I’d have the title and tags within two weeks. Did NOT receive neither until the second week of June !! 3 months when I was told 2 weeks!! Would not return calls nor texts!! I called the DMV to see what in the world was going on and turns out they said he never should have sold car to me in the first place. Proper paper work was never even submitted for the rebuilt salvage title. Then she asks If I'm an employee at the dealership ?? Turns out he provided me paper plates saying I was a “Texas dealer” instead of a “Texas buyer”. Sketchy sketchy sketchyyyy !! Since I’ve had car I’ve had to replace the battery , the brake switch, along with the tail lights. Has left me stranded 3 different times!! This place is a complete joke of a dealership !! BEWARE!!!! You’ve been warned
