I had a wonderful experience at Encompass Health in Katy. The entire staff was fantastic—professional, caring, and truly dedicated to my recovery. They far exceeded our expectations in every way. During my short stay, I made more progress than I ever anticipated, and it's all thanks to the incredible effort from the whole team. I’m so grateful for their commitment to making sure I was improving every step of the way. I want to particularly call out Dr. Lin, Dr. Okparah, Mary, Amy, and Chris from therapy, and CNA Johnathan, but I never encountered someone who I didn’t have a positive experience with. Highly recommend!

Our 89 year old mother was there for three weeks and she received top care by all that walked in her room. We wanted to give our deep heart felt thank you and appreciation to each and everyone one who cared for her, to the staff we passed in the hallway what acknowledged us with kind greetings, to the PT staff with their support of encouragement and to the front desk ladies with their kind and professional mannerism. Thank you so much ❤️

While I was there it was a blessing from God. The therapy workers really helped me and noticed all the bad things that I was doing to keep from falling. I understand and know that Safety is very important to them. The young man name Jason really helped me while I was there. Anything I told him that concerns me he corrected it. I don't know his last name, but he have a ball/clean head lol. At the end my breakfast, lunch and dinner was a mess, but like I said I told Jason and it was corrected. I also meet the manger Mrs. Gracie, she also corrected the problem. Because I noticed that I wasn't filling out my menu some one else was, the reason I know that because the condition i have messy with my writing.

It only let's you leave 5 stars or I would have put more! The place is amazing! If you are in need of any kind of rehabilitative services, I highly, highly recommend Encompass in Humble.
It is the best place i have ever gone for therapy. The entire staff was the best, ie..nurses, Dr's, techs and therapists. (Kitchen staff as well...food was really good) I left there after 2 weeks with the best results. A special shout out to my therapists...Alex, Jessica, Meghan, Sarah, Meghan and Issa...they were great, thank you! I will be back there for more therapy for sure! Thank you again to everyone who helped me in any way!!

Caring, attentive and friendly staff. The doctors checked in daily with me. The nurses were excellent with answering my questions and handling pain management. The nursing assistants answered the call button promptly 24 hours a day with a smile. Occupational Therapist and Physical Therapist were upbeat and encouraging. I appreciated them setting realistic goals and helping me be successful! The dietary staff offered a variety of meals which
were served at appropriate temperatures. Last, but not least, the facility was kept clean. My room was cleaned daily and trash can emptied throughout the day.

All the nursing & therapy staff were all professional. I suffered a stroke last Jan. 7 & was admitted for rehab for almost 2 wks later. It was a very hard journey but with the care of all the nursing staff assigned to me nursesJackie, Lorna, May,Elaine, Andrea, Ana, Desiree, Geraldine, iris, Samantha jonesspeech & swallow therapistthank you encompass for giving me the chance to be treated and cared by all of these exceptional, professional individuals Romina, Bervan pt-Alex,Jessica, Marcus, Elda ot-Stacey, holy, Olivia, May, Stephanie, Megan, May, Linda, Kirsten, keylan, case mgr. Jennifer Hobbs who often visited me asking me what other needs I want , dr. Amanda my case doctor who advices us proper foods to eat, likewise the dietician, even roomcleaner Julia nursing tech.Lilian,Bervan, Regina & all others of the teamwho cared for me that I forgot to mentionwere all exceptional professional talented people who brought me back from paralysis. They were all very respectful who treated me & my familyhumanely in a very dignified manner. They were all the reasonwho encouraged me to work harder & gave me hope towards my recovery especially my2 big brothers Pt-Alex & Ot-Alex who were verypatient & provided me valuableknowledge how to be independent & safe agaiafter the rehab. Another thing for all those undergoing rehab keep fighting never lose hope youmust instill in your mind to be a warrior in your moment of despair learn to be closer to our God Almighty. Start praying & ask forgiveness Instead of watching tv in your bed. It won't be an instant miracle but keep faith I am athome now but always thinking how to strengthen my body since we are not bless financially just like others.ti continue my therapy with the equipments available at the rehab center.I have to find other ways to go on with my therapy at home.

Best health care facility in this area. My husband has been in many of these facilities, but this one provides the best service. The staff is very accommodating. The case worker helped me with establishing pallative care. This was something that the hosptial should have done but did not. The facility is clean and the people do their best to make their patients feel comfortable.

The admission administrator, Trisha, was very nice and helpful with our questions. We were greeted warmly from the nursing staff. The Physical and Occupational therapists were very thorough with evaluation and setting goals for progress to go home. The social worker, Teplah, was very helpful with any thing that was needed to make the stay successful. The Patient Ambassador, Judith, was very friendly with anything that we needed, as well.

ENCOMPASS was all I could ask for. Wonderful Dr's and nurses. I looked forward to my PT and OT daily. The food was great. Very healthy.

Helped my mother make progress with stroke issues, culture at Encompass Humble is superb. Doctor is gentle in his demeanor according to mom’s account. Our CM was informative & professional at every step. Nursing staff answered questions in detail & were helpful.
