This hospital hands down is the best in the area from humble to Tomball I went to another er 2 times and was sent home without a diagnosis when I came here it was really my last chance. they took the time to really listen to my complaints and cared about my pain they checked off every possible thing until they gave me a diagnosis. I had been vomiting non stop for 5 days they really saved my life I am forever grateful with this team lovely staff great doctor he took the time to draw me a picture even ,this hands down the best place to be seen at.

This place changed my whole perception of going to the emergency room. I used to dread the possibility of having to visit one because of my past experiences with long waits and inadequate care. From the moment that I stepped into this place, I knew that I was going to have a great experience. The receptionist, Jessica was SUPER friendly and extremely kind. Her warm presence put me at ease. She knew exactly what to do without hesitation. I was IMMEDIATELY seen by the nurses and doctors. They had me hooked up to the machines before I could even say Hi. The attentive care was far beyond my expectation. The nurses, Melissa, Lowell and Kevin asked the right questions to help me better explain my symptoms and reach a diagnosis. They were so efficient at their job that they could look at me and tell what was going on in the inside. IMPRESSIVE!!! Dr. Mitchell came in and explained EXACTLY what was wrong. Sometimes I have doubts about what I am being told about MY body because it all seems to be generic and full of personal opinions. However, he gave such a great description and real life examples and comparisons that I couldn't help but to feel at ease knowing that he was right on the money. He gave me instructions on self care and ensured that ALL of my questions were answered. I did not feel rushed or incomplete. I was in and out of this emergency room in 1 hour. This includes having blood work and x-rays done. Upon check-out, Jessica was right there waiting to give me all of my out-processing paperwork. I thought that I was going to have more to do but she took care of EVERYTHING. All I had to do was walk out and enjoy my day with rest and relaxation. The staff at this hospital is A-1. They didn't make me feel like I was a number to them. They went above and beyond and treated me with love, care and attention. The accommodations caused me to momentarily forget that I was in a hospital. If I am ever in need of care in the future, First Texas Hospital Cyfair will be my first choice! I am not sure why this place has so many negative reviews. My experience is just the opposite. Great service the minute I walked in. I was greeted at check in, they listened to my concerns, and ended up having to stay overnight. The nurses and staff were amazing. I felt safe, the facility is clean, and overall a great hospital. I would definitely come back here in the future if I ever needed to.

First Texas has two NEW attending Physicians! Very professional and take their time to provide quality care. This is a boutique hospital with exceptional star ratings! They have a chef on-site & food is made to order.

Staff was amazing, about 5 minutes is all we waited once paper work was completed. Nurse Erica and Olivia were great and Bianca at the front desk was super nice and helpful! Dr Olade was promptly in the room and explained everything well. My husband was referred to a surgeon who will see him in the morning!

I took my child to their emergency room and had a wonderful experience (under the circumstances :)). Everyone, from the receptionist to the doctor, was very nice and professional. We were able to be seen and receive treatment very quickly. The children's triage room is painted with cute murals and there is a miniature train set at the nurse's station. It was so much better than my experience at a large hospital ER. I would especially recommend First Texas if you are taking in a child.

I was transfer at First Texas Hospital .Arrived at the hospital my room was ready. Angie was my nurse. Heaven seen me an angel. She was Awesome.
The Dr. We're Awesome. They explained each steps to what they were prescribed and why ?.
The food was delicious. , The Hospital wss clean .
Everyone was Awesome.
I did plan this trip, but I thank GOD for this staff at First Texas Hospital off of springs and Louett. In Houston TX.

I just got back home from here and must say it was the best stay I've ever had, nurses always made sure I was not in pain and were there within 2 minutes to help me. Very knowledgeable team of nurses and doctors and made sure to give me tips for when I was at home. Again every nurse from my room to the operating room were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back if I needed to!!
This was my first experience here with First Texas Hospital and I must say even though I wasn't feeling well upon my arrival but from the time I entered the the building the staff here they were nothing less than welcoming andi could feel the warm hospitality and felt that they were very concerned with my well being and health. They are very kind, caring, very professional. They were also very understanding of what I said or needed. I would recommend anybody to come here and make First Texas their first choice to getting the best professional service from well trained and professional staff. Thanks to every single Nurse and every single Respiratory Tech, the Dietary staff for the hospitality and most of all Dr. Ho for everything he done also while I was here. I went to First Texas due to an infection in my foot due to stepping on a piece of glass, exacerbated by my diabetes.Everything about my experience was FIRST CLASS! My daytime nurse was one of the very best I have ever encountered; she was the epitome of a personable, caring, well trained health provider. I am an active, very busy person by nature, and a difficult, cranky patient in a hurry to get released. She made the time bearable and it seemed to pass expeditiously. The entire hospital is "Human" friendly and very respectful of their patients. There were no demands to get into one of those ridiculous gowns, no required use of a urinal since I could walk to the restroom; the hospital is very bright and clean and comfortable. The Doctor completed rounds in the morning; I was discharged at 12:30 pm, rather than being promised a morning release and getting out at 8:00 pm, as I have always experienced at a larger hospital in the area. The menu for meals was small in choices but absolutely "over the top" for quality. Both of my lunches were outstanding, but far more than I could eat. I wound up saving at least a 1/2 of the sandwich for an evening snack each day. Kitchen staff was, like everyone else there, warm, friendly, and made me feel comfortable.
This is what a hospital SHOULD be!!
