I had a great experience purchasing my car here! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

Overall happy with Gomar services. That was my first time buying a car through an auction. Adrian was very helpful throughout the whole experience, always answering all my questions in a very timely manner, most of the time even available after hours. Walked me through all the paperwork process, always had someone to recommend for transportation and other extra services. Helped fixings what needed to be fixed fast and much cheaper then other places and got my car up and running. Will definitely recommend and use services again in the future.

Beware of this company. They rent you a car, charge a deposit, and then, to avoid returning the full amount, claim you owe $30 in tolls, which is a lie because they refuse to show me the toll receipts. On top of that, they deliver a dirty car with no gas and then charge $20 for cleaning. It's only logical to return the car in the same condition as it was before. Furthermore, they make you wait more than 15 days after returning the car to refund what you're supposedly owed. This is outrageous service, terrible. This is a rental; I don't even want to know what it would be like to buy a car from them.

To clarify, during our conversation, you were informed that you could bring in your vehicle for an evaluation to see what options were available; however, at no point did we confirm the acceptance of a direct exchange. At our dealership, we do accept vehicles as trade-ins, but every negotiation is subject to review and typically involves a cash difference to be paid. At that time, you were clearly informed that we required a cash sale. There was no breach of promise, as no agreement was ever finalized. We always treat our customers with respect and transparency.
