My entire experience was wonderful - pre opp appointment -everyone was kind and knowledgeable. Day of surgery, my intake nurse was so caring ; the nurse anesthesist was kind and very informative - she listened to my concerns . The surgery nurse prayed for me . I came out of anesthesia well . Post op was minimal pain . Dr Pustilnik was early and patient to answer question . So thankful for my care

The Tech that assisted me throughout the whole process of taking register and taking x-rays was so helpful. She told me what i had to do first before she could do the x-rays. I wish I would have gotten her name. She was amazing. Thank you for the great experience

I recently had the occasion to receive care at Kingwood HCA Hospital, and I can't praise the team enough for their outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for by a compassionate and professional staff. The nurses and doctors were not only knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and attentive to all my needs. They took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped put me at ease during a stressful time. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care I received and would highly recommend HCA Kingwood Hospital to anyone in need of medical services.

Dr Loyalka did an excellent job . He was caring , thoughtful and competent. The team at HCA was very supportive during the procedure and post op care was also very good. The nurse - Liz was very caring and helpful . Overall a very good experience

Dr. Low and nurse practitioner Amy Anderson are amazing from the ortho dept. Very thankful for their compassion and professional care. Also would love to thank the amazing nursing staff on my floor that took excellent care of me starting with Nurse Mara she is an amazing lady and very good and taking care of me also want to thank Emily. There are others to thank but I wasn't able to copy down the names. Thank you again to all staff involved in my care.

I went to the emergency room here and after I got in to be seen the nurse, xray technician, and the doctor were all very nice, and really cared about how I was doing. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The day after I was seen Tonya from the medical center called me to make sure I was ok, and see if I needed anything. Thank you all for caring when I wasn't doing well!

I was well cared for the entire time I was a patient. All staff was polite yet thorough. They knew I was very nervous about having my knee replacement surgery. They explained everything clearly and made me comfortable. I felt like I was receiving the best care in a very clean and safe environment. I love the valet parking. It takes away a lot of pressure to find a space, especially when you cannot walk.

I was in for a ventral hernia procedure. Everything seemed to go smoothly. I especially love that the care team stayed with me until certain bodily functions could be verified after the procedure. I very much appreciate their dedication to their jobs and to me.

Rebecca and Rosalyn are absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, they treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Rebecca, the MRI technologist, was incredibly patient and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. She explained everything clearly, helped ease my nerves, and made what could have been a stressful experience much easier.

Rosalyn was just as wonderful. Her warm personality, caring heart, and genuine concern for patients truly stood out. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for.

Together, Rebecca and Rosalyn make an exceptional team. Their dedication, teamwork, and outstanding patient care are a true blessing. It’s rare to find healthcare professionals who are not only highly skilled but also so compassionate and attentive. I am deeply grateful for the care I received and highly recommend them to anyone needing imaging services.
