All the nurses have been AMAZING. But I want to brag on Austin, the charge nurse on the 6th floor.I was in room 622 central tower.....and he went above and beyond, he is a gem of a nurse. Very empathetic and understanding. That man needs to be recognized and issued a raise immediately. He made my stay enjoyable (even with the circumstances of my pain and Injury)
I'm actually sad that I won't get to say goodbye to him because im being discharged today. His humor was elite as well. Thank you for having amazing nurses, doctors, techs, and cleaning ladies. 🩷🩷🩷

My surgery at Clear Lake HCA Hospital went very well! All the staff there took care of me and were genuinely concerned for my best. I found the medical staff as well as the office staff to be tops with everything. The beds were very comfortable and the food was great too! I have no issues with returning if I need to have another medical need.

For someone that doesn’t like hospitals, this would make me think differently about them! Staff is top shelf! Information was passed to me and I was able to understand what was happening and going to happen? The staff in my icu was wonderful

The care given by staff in the pre-operation and post operation area was exceptional in their attention to my every need and concern. Although, multiple medical staff attended to me each one's engagement was genuine in making me feel like their most important patient that day. The operating room staff was very much the same (for what I remember in twilight). Easy to speak with as they prepped me for the procedure, answered questions with a caring attitude and their co-staff discussion assured me they were working as a cohesive team in support of my procedure outcome.

I started out the night feeling sick and going to an HCA ER in Humble. They took good care of me but felt I needed longer attention to my medical situation. So an Ambulance came and transported me to the HCA Kingwood Hospital. They already had a room for me and all my information was transferred over. They knew the list of meds and had the CT scans from the E.R. They got me comfortable in my room almost immediately started treatment. I began feeling better shortly after. The staff were nice and they were attentive paying round the clock attention to my vitals and treatment. All I needed to do was rest. They to care of everything else. I appreciate HCA and the staff who took care of me from entry to discharge. P.S. I took my Hospital cup. Thats now for my morning health shakes. Lol

Very satisfied with the care of my team of nurses and everyone I came in contact with. I was in room 904. Every staff member came and introduced them self to me and my family! I received excellent care! I highly recommend this facility. And I hope that if I have to come back I get the same staff. Thank you I don't think I told them enough!

The whole experience was great. The staff was so helpful with everything, making sure we got where we needed to be! And his nurse! She was the best!!! Her name was Jo. She was so sweet and took such good care of my husband. She made sure he had everything he needed. She even hugged our neck when we left. She was awsome!!

Staff was friendly and happy even early in the morning. Everything was explained to me and all of my questions were answered clearly. From pre-op to post-op they took great care of me. Love a warm blanket they gave me 2! Excellent care worth me driving from Pearland.

This was one of the best hospital visits I have had in a long time. Everyone was great beginning with my check in @ the security desk, and when I checked in on the second floor. I share the special attention that I got during the prep period It was amazing. I have a serious phobia when it comes to needles, because I have been stuck so many times,but Elizabeth put the needle right in the vein (Iv) and I hardly felt it. Gabriel was a wingless angel, so professional,took his time explaining everything to me. He was right there when I had a question,and I was so comfortable, and appreciated the are that was given. I have had several procedures in HCA,and the treatment was always the same. I have gone to other hospitals,but it was never like HCA. The world needs more caring,passionate, and humble nurses like Gabriel and Elizabeth. When anyone comes to the hospital for whatever reason,they want to know that they are in the right place,and they are going to get the best care...and I can attest that HCA is the place to go. I speak highly of my doctor(Dr. James Wilson), and his choice to do my procedure in HCA. Thanks to everyone, i'm coming along very well. God bless. Ms. Carol Bucks. :)

Good care all the way. Margaret did good with my IV,Candace and Lacey were in the OR and did my anesthesia respectively. The nurses on the 9th floor were excellent. I'm sorry I lost my list with your names but you were ALL professional and friendly. Food was surprisingly good and hot, almost impossible to do. The dietary gentlemen were excellent. I would be very comfortable going back, and that's saying a LOT after some of the care I have seen in San Antonio and Knoxville TN. I hope HCA does more than a thank you email for these folks. Well done!
