I have dealt with Marcus. He is a good salesperson, but the old white dude supposed to be a manager is useless.
He made my friend wait 36 before getting a buyer's order in email.

Cars are priced OK. Good inventory but I don't like the process. My friend was approved thru his credit union so he should have been processed inn15 minutes. Instead, the useless dude caused us two trips and a weekend.

Wow. Although I’ve only bought one car myself before, I’ve always dreaded going to dealerships because of how slow everything is. This is the first time I saw and bought a car in one afternoon. Zuber L. saw my family and I through the whole process and did not beat around the bush with the facts. I can’t believe I got a great car for a great deal in record time. I also didn’t feel rushed and felt all of my questions were answered. My family and I will definitely come here first for any future car searches!

These folks put in the effort for a sale that was not worth making (from their perspective, anyhow). What more can anyone ask?

Our salesman Marcus Jones put up with a good deal of things that are 100% not in his job description. We dealt with a series of complications. First it was that we were purchasing a Rent-To-Buy car, which falls under the umbrella of another branch of their company. So it was a week long process of coordinating with them about when this particular car would be available, it ended up being 3 days late and it had to go through several checkpoints.

So now it’s Tuesday, we were late to the office but the car is ready to go. We had a down payment but it was coming from a third party and the third party could only issue one type of check, which in this case would not work. We had to find a way around that.

Now the person I’m co-signing with was leaving for a trip on Thursday, but we had to have my husband review the car mechanically before we bought it because neither one of us know anything about cars. My husband works during the day, my friend works at night, so we needed to rent the car first in order to allow time to do so. Marcus’ day off was Wednesday (the next day) but he agreed to come in and work with our schedule nonetheless.

It’s Wednesday and we’re at their small office space desperately trying to secure insurance for my friend, because she will be the primary driver of this car. It’s getting later and later in the evening, an hour past her 1yr old and 3yr old daughter’s bedtime. We’re passing the phone back and forth to each other because everyone involved needed to speak to both me and her, trying to wrangle children and drivers licenses and monthly payments all at once. Marcus was available when we needed information, patiently speaking with my husband on the phone and stepping back out when they were done.

We did finally get documents signed. It was a very rare deal for a car in such good condition. And from a realistic and monetary standpoint, I can assure you we were not worth the effort they made.

But they did make the effort. And my friend now has a car that she can trust to keep her and her girls safe, with a monthly payment she can make. The manager was delightful and honest, the salesman was patient and forthright. I have no doubt they were frustrated and exasperated and I’m sure Marcus specifically was asking himself why he was putting up with it.

But he did. And it will make an unspeakable positive impact in my friend’s life. What more can you ask for? Just a car, just someone doing their job with excellence, but it meant the world to us. You can rest assured that you’ll be in safe good hands with them.

This experience was truly a blessing. I’d been looking for an affordable car before heading off to my Master’s program and here, I was able to get the PERFECT CAR for my circumstance.
