I had a procedure done in the Heart Center of the Sugarland location of Houston Methodist yesterday. I just wanted to thank everyone there for their extreme level of proficiency and patient care. Dr. Sonbol and the team there are a real gift to the Houston Area and the facilities are top notch.

I am not rating the hospital today. I am rating the Oupatient Laboratory in Building 3, Suite 240…you ladies ROCK!!! Pleasantries from checking in to checking out. I didn’t get names but the lady that checked me in, her name stared with an A and the lady did my bloodwork think her name started with a K…either way, every staff member I saw was courteous to myself and others and that is RARE!
Keep up the good service!

I just want to thank Carolyn from the ER, I hope I spelled her name correctly, she was AMAZING!! She was down to earth, funny and very comforting. She is an amazing and caring nurse and she is the nurse you would want even when you are feeling down or sick. Her personality brings so much peace and calming to an already hectic environment. I also would like to say Felix AKA Lamont was amazing and funny as well. He has a very chill personality but in a very good way. These nurses were amazing and decreased my anxiety severely. I also would like to say thank you to the amazing NP Kathleen. Thank you for listening to me and taking my concerns seriously when other ER's didn't and because you cared and listened you helped me get the help I have been begging other ER's to do which was help me. But the other ER's just kept giving me random ABT and pain meds without any real interventions and I can't appreciate you all enough. Thank you all so much. Now I can start to heal correctly instead of being given random ABT without a dx. Please you 3 stay amazing, and understanding. If no one tells you, you all matter, you made a difference and I can't say thank you enough!!!! (Your osteo, mandible pt)🤣🤣

Had my 4th child via c-section here. Front staff is kind, and the labor and delivery unit was beyond great. Kind, attentive nurses, & surgery went well.
Had an ultrasound weeks after birth in another unit of hospital, and care was good, quick wait time, and nurse tech was thourough and nice.

What can I say except that every single one of my care team was freaking amazing! I can’t remember all of their names but the nurses like Rochelle, Melissa, May, Margery, Raquel etc every single one that I had was outstanding and very helpful for me as a first time mom going through an induction and the birth process and especially caring for a new born! I can’t really complain about anything at all! Thank you so much!
Very impressed about how they handled a very busy packed emergency room. There could not have been enough beds for all of the sick people but, regardless, all were treated. We all had to sit in the lobbies with I v drips and as much as I'd like to have had a bed it would have been a waste if others needed it more than me. I just needed a particular treatment and to be monitored and others too. One person and two children hat came from a fire and I did think she needed a room with her 2 children before anyone else and she got her room within an hour but was stable and treated. It could not be helped. I was treated better and more respect and dignity than any hospitals that were not busy, I WAS NOT PUT IN AROOM AND IGNORED. one lady was in pain and a nurse came out and held her hand and tried to comfort her while administering a pain med. I was there 6 hours but triage was immediate and 1st treatment was within the first hour. I'd say Excellent.
Words cannot express the gratitude and thankfulness I have for this hospital. The doctors, nurses, staff, cleaning people are ALL EXTRAORDINARY! They are caring, attentive, gentle, personable and we felt a devotion they have for their patient's health.
In short, my partner was in this hospital for a week and a half. The nurses did an amazing job at making sure my loved one was taken care of. From the meds, the health exercises, rehabilators, everything about this hospital spoke volumes about the quality care they deliver. They are true angels and though we were stressed, concerned and afraid of what we were facing, they DID EVERYTHING they were suppose to in getting my partner back on his feet and back home.
I want to give a special shoutout to Dr. Sangdhini, Dr. English, Dr. Mendoza, (Nurses) Lauren J., Grace, Betty, John, Amelia, Jessica 1 and 2, Elyne, Kenia, Nadia, Bulova, Mildregd. (Respirator Mirna, Nelly, Juan, Theresa) PT Mobilizer Ms Damaris!, I know I am leaving a few people out but if you can send our love and gratefulness to all who looked after 7451,7480 and 7471, Please Do!
I was headed to Memorial and I thought was going there but the Lord led us where we needed to be. The statue in the Lobby says it all.
